A fork-carriage apparatus for a lift truck and configured for pulling a load, including: (a) a mounting frame assembly; (b) a side shifter frame assembly slidably mounted to the mounting frame assembly; (c) a pivot frame assembly pivotably mounted to the side shifter frame assembly for translating therewith; (d) a fork assembly mounted to the pivot frame assembly for pivoting therewith; and (e) at least one load-pulling connector mounted to the pivot frame assembly and configured to connect the load to the fork-carriage apparatus for pulling the load.
ATTACHMENTS FOR INDUSTRIAL MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT
Attachment assemblies for industrial material handling equipment are shown and disclosed. In some embodiments, the attachment assembly includes a carriage assembly having a carriage, wherein the carriage is mountable to industrial material handling equipment. The attachment assembly additionally includes a frame assembly connected to the carriage. The attachment assembly further includes a faceplate assembly fixedly attached to the frame assembly. The faceplate assembly is configured to receive one or more support members for supporting a load. The faceplate assembly includes one or more load cells configured to measure horizontal and vertical forces applied to the one or more support members.
LIFT TRUCK ATTACHMENTS
Lift truck attachment assemblies are shown and disclosed. In some embodiments, the lift truck attachment assembly includes a carriage assembly having a carriage and a linear actuator attached to the carriage. The carriage is mountable to a lift truck, and the linear actuator includes a body and longitudinally opposed piston rods slidably received in the body, each of the piston rods having an end. The attachment assembly additionally includes a frame assembly slidably connected to the carriage. The frame assembly includes upper and lower transverse frame members and end vertical frame members connecting the upper and lower transverse frame members in a spaced relationship to define a frame central cavity therebetween. The linear actuator is disposed within the frame central cavity such that the ends of the piston rods contact the end vertical frame members allowing the linear actuator to slide the frame assembly laterally relative to the carriage assembly.
Industrial truck comprising a device for reducing vibrations
The invention relates to an industrial truck comprising a mast, a load-carrying apparatus, which can be moved upwards and downwards thereon and which has at least one load-receiving assembly for receiving a load that is to be transported, and a support structure connecting the load-receiving assembly to the mast, the load-receiving assembly having a load-carrying arrangement connected to the support structure, and a device for reducing vibrations, characterised in that the device for reducing vibrations has at least one load support, which covers the load-carrying arrangement at the top at least in regions, on which support a load received by the load-carrying apparatus can be supported and which support is provided so as to be movable to a limited extent on the load-carrying arrangement such that it can perform vibration-reducing movements relative to the load-carrying arrangement.
CARGO HANDLING CONTROL UNIT OF FORKLIFT
A cargo handling control unit of a forklift includes a traveling device including a traveling drive unit, forks loading cargos, and a cargo handling device having a lift cylinder. The cargo handling control unit includes at least a pair of one-dimensional laser distance sensors, each of which is configured to emit a one-dimensional laser beam and receives the laser beam reflected from an object, thereby detecting a distance between the object and the one-dimensional laser distance sensor, a picking start position determination unit determining a picking start position of the forks for the cargos, and a picking control unit being configured to control the traveling drive unit and the lift cylinder so as to load the cargos on the forks.
Outrigger comprising an apparatus for reducing vibrations
The invention relates to an industrial truck comprising a vehicle body (6); a mast (8) that extends substantially vertically and is rigidly connected to the vehicle body (6) or hinged to the vehicle body (6), the mast (8) being associated with a load-carrying apparatus such that said apparatus can be moved upwards and downwards on said mast, which load-carrying apparatus comprises at least one load-receiving means for receiving a load that is to be transported; and an outrigger (9), the longitudinal axis (L) of which extends between a first fastening point (9a) on the vehicle body (6) and a second fastening point (9b) on the mast (8), the second fastening point (9b) being associated with a vertically upper side of the mast (8). In this case, the outrigger (9) is associated with an apparatus for reducing vibrations (9d) which is designed to reduce vibrations acting in the direction of the longitudinal axis (L) of the outrigger (9).
FORK-CARRIAGE APPARATUS FOR A LIFT TRUCK AND VALVE ASSEMBLY THEREFOR
A pivot frame assembly pivotably mountable in a fork-carriage apparatus includes: (a) a lower cross member; (b) an upper cross member; (c) a pair of laterally spaced apart first and second side members connecting the upper and lower cross members; (d) a fork assembly mounting shaft supported by the first and second side members; and (e) a reinforced central support member laterally intermediate the first and second side members and connecting the upper and lower cross members.
