Palletizer-depalletizer system for distribution facilities
An automated storage and retrieval system includes a storage array of storage locations for case units. An in-out case conveyor is capable of bi-directionally transporting case units to and from the storage array, and an in-out loaded pallet conveyor is capable of bi-directionally transporting loaded pallets towards and away from the storage array. A palletizer-depalletizer cell includes a bi-directional pallet transport system with more than one independently driven pallet transports, each with a different pallet holder independently movable relative to a cell frame. Placement of case units commissioning a pallet layer loading a pallet, and removal of case units decommissioning a pallet layer unloading another pallet are both effected at the common pallet layer interface at a predetermined level of the cell frame. The pallet transports independently index a first and a second of the different pallet holders, each independently holding the pallet loading at the common pallet layer interface.
Side shifter with actuator embedded in load bearing structures of the side shifter
A side shifter configured for use on a lift truck with an actuator of the side shifter embedded in and almost completely surrounded by the weight bearing components of the side shifter, particularly the fork base top bar and back carriage top bar. This arrangement provides additional protection to the actuator. Embedding the actuator in the weight bearing components of the side shifter also provides for a larger unobstructed view through the middle side shifter.
Load-bearing support
A load-bearing support is provided for an industrial truck, which can be fastened to another device. At least one load can be displaced horizontally in relation to the industrial truck and can be fastened in such a way that the load-bearing support can be tilted in vertical direction, wherein the area through which the driver of the industrial truck can see at a corresponding lifting height of a lifting carriage is maximized. The load-bearing support has a rear and a front part, wherein the front part of the load-bearing support has at least one upper holder and a lower holder for the at least one load and the two parts are connected to each other in such a way that the two parts can be rotated and laterally displaced.
Device for Transporting a Transported Good and Method
Apparatus (1) for transporting an item (2) for fitting on a lifting vehicle (3), in particular on a transporting device (3) of a fork-lift truck, comprising a means (4), in particular tines, for at least temporarily accommodating the item (2), also comprising an adjustment means for adjusting the means (4) for at least temporarily accommodating the item (2), to provide for parallel lateral adjustment, in particular of the tines, in the lateral direction (6), further comprising a control means (9) for controlling the functions of the add-on unit, wherein the control means is arranged, in particular, in the lifting vehicle, and additionally comprising a measuring means (7) for measuring a lateral displacement path (8) of the means (4) for at least temporarily accommodating the item (2), wherein, with the aid of the measurement by way of the measuring means (7), the lateral displacement path (8) is limited to a predetermined length (15) via the control means (9) and the adjustment means (5). A corresponding method for using the apparatus (1) for transporting an item (2) for fitting on a lifting vehicle (3).
Industrial truck comprising a device for reducing vibrations
The invention relates to an industrial truck comprising a mast, a load-carrying apparatus, which can be moved upwards and downwards thereon and which has at least one load-receiving assembly for receiving a load that is to be transported, and a support structure connecting the load-receiving assembly to the mast, the load-receiving assembly having a load-carrying arrangement connected to the support structure, and a device for reducing vibrations, characterized in that the device for reducing vibrations has at least one load support, which covers the load-carrying arrangement at the top at least in regions, on which support a load received by the load-carrying apparatus can be supported and which support is provided so as to be movable to a limited extent on the load-carrying arrangement such that it can perform vibration-reducing movements relative to the load-carrying arrangement.

Load handler for lift truck with segmented channel bearings, wing gussets, padded slave fork stops and backrest guards
A clamp assembly for a lift truck load handler comprising a frame with one or more guide channels and one or more load handler appendages such as forks or clamp arms. The appendages are coupled to arms, each slidingly inserted in one of the guide channels. The guide channels each have a segmented channel bearing set inserted therein. The load handler also includes a wing gusset that is coupled to an appendage and to an actuator. The load handler also includes one or more backrests and one or more backrest guards, each backrest guard slidingly coupled to one of the backrests and configured to be slid enough to cover a bottom forward edge of the backrest and a top forward edge of the fork coupled to the backrest.
Industrial truck comprising a device for reducing transverse vibrations
The invention relates to an industrial truck, in particular a tri-lateral stacker. The industrial truck may include a lateral pusher having a degree of freedom of movement that is oriented laterally, transversely to the main direction of travel of the industrial truck, and a lateral push drive device that can be controlled by a control device of the industrial truck for moving the lateral pusher along a lateral push frame. The industrial truck may include a device for reducing transverse vibrations, such as vibration components that are transverse to the main direction of travel of the industrial track. In a vibration-damping operating mode, the lateral push drive device can be operated as a component of the device for reducing vibrations, wherein the device allows the lateral pusher to move relative to the lateral push frame so as to reduce vibrations.
