Method and apparatus for a beverage dispensing system
A beverage dispensing system includes a cabinet with a dispensing station. The cabinet includes therein a refrigeration system, a cooling fluid system, and a refrigerated compartment having therein a cooling system and a beverage source coupled with the dispensing station. The cooling fluid system circulates a cooling fluid through the refrigeration system such that the refrigeration system cools the cooling fluid. The cooling fluid system further normally circulates the cooling fluid through the dispensing station to cool beverage therein. The cooling fluid system directs the cooling fluid from the dispensing station to the cooling system when necessary to cool the refrigerated compartment. A beverage fluid system resides in the cooling fluid system between the beverage source and the dispensing station such that the cooling fluid system cools beverage flowing through the beverage fluid system prior to delivery of beverage to the dispensing station for dispensing therefrom.
Beverage cooling and cleaning systems
A primary beverage cooling circuit for refrigerating a fluid used in a secondary beverage cooling circuit that cools beverage in a beverage conduit by pumping the fluid through a heat exchange conduit adjacent the beverage conduit to transfer heat therebetween, the primary beverage cooling circuit comprising: a refrigerant circuit containing a refrigerant circulating through: a heat exchanger in heat transfer communication with the fluid to cool the fluid; a variable displacement compressor for circulating the refrigerant through the refrigerant circuit; a cooling device for cooling the refrigerant; and a valve for controlling the volume of fluid into the heat exchanger;
the primary beverage cooling circuit further comprising a controller for controlling the operation of the compressor and/or the cooling device and/or the valve based on one or more measurements from temperature and/or pressure sensors in the refrigerant circuit to thereby operate the system on an efficient basis.
Apparatuses, Systems, and Methods for Dispensing Beverages Using Alcoholic Concentrates
A beverage dispenser includes a gas infusion device that receives a base fluid and a gas and dispenses a gas infused liquid, a ratio pump that receives the gas infused liquid and a concentrate from a concentrate source and dispenses a predetermined ratio of the gas infused liquid and the concentrate, and a mixing chamber that mixes the predetermined ratio of the gas infused liquid and the concentrate to form a reconstituted beverage. An insulated enclosure has an interior space in which the ratio pump and the mixing chamber are positioned. A cooling heat exchanger is positioned in the insulated enclosure, and a first refrigeration system circulates a cooling media through the cooling heat exchanger to thereby cool the interior space to a suitable temperature such that the gas infused liquid and the concentrate dispensed from the ratio pump and the mixing chamber are cooled to the suitable temperature.
LIQUID SALE MANAGEMENT DEVICE
There is provided a liquid sales management device capable of being added to a liquid supply system, the liquid supply system supplying a liquid within a storage container to a dispensing device through a supply pipe with the liquid pressurized in order to cool the liquid in the dispensing device, and dispensing the cooled liquid to a drinking container. The liquid sales management device includes an actual flow rate determining unit that determines a actual measured flow rate of the liquid dispensed into the drinking container from the dispensing device, a cleaning mode detection unit that detects a cleaning mode in the liquid supply system, and a consumption flow rate acquisition unit that determines an actual consumption of the liquid with the number of times of the cleaning mode, a known liquid amount consumed with one operation of the cleaning mode in the liquid supply system, and the actual measured flow rate.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE DISPENSERS WITH FLOW CONTROLS
A beverage dispenser includes a gas infusion device configured to infuse a gas into a base liquid to form a gas-infused liquid, a mixing chamber configured to mix the gas-infused liquid and a concentrate to thereby form a reconstituted beverage, a first flow control configured to decrease pressure of the gas-infused liquid prior to mixing with the concentrate, and a second flow control configured to decrease pressure of the concentrate prior to mixing with the gas-infused liquid. A restrictor device downstream from the mixing chamber and configured to apply backpressure on the concentrate and the gas-infused liquid, and a dispensing valve is configured to dispense the reconstituted beverage.
Coolant recirculation apparatus for a beverage dispense system
A coolant recirculation apparatus is for a beverage dispense system. The apparatus comprises a pump mechanism arranged to recirculate coolant via a coolant circuit from a coolant reservoir to a beverage dispense location having at least one dispense point at which beverage is dispensed; an agitation mechanism arranged to agitate coolant within the coolant reservoir; a data sensor arranged to sense temperature data associated with the coolant; and a control unit in communication with the pump mechanism, the agitation mechanism and the data sensor. The control unit is arranged to control the rate of operation of the agitation mechanism and the pump mechanism in response to the temperature data and according to a predefined property of the beverage dispense system.
Mobile beer-dispensing system
Methods and systems of a mobile beer-dispensing system are provided. The system includes a mobile cart, a beer storage tank or container mounted to the mobile cart, a pressurization system configured to selectively force beer from the storage tank, a beer-dispensing tap, a fluid transport line configured to convey the beer from the storage tank to the tap, and an integrated cooling system that keeps the storage tank and the fluid transport lines cool.
