Apparel with thermochromic dyes for monitoring and optimizing exercise performance
Apparel for monitoring optimal body shell temperature during physical activity. The apparel uses thermochromic dyes and thermochromic inks to indicate changes in body shell temperature as physical activity commences and progresses. The thermochromic dyes and inks reveal when the body shell temperature has reached a temperature indicating optimal muscle performance, and inform the wearer of the apparel whether to increase or decrease the intensity of the physical activity to establish or maintain the optimal body shell temperature.

ACTIVE KNIT COMPRESSION GARMENTS, DEVICES AND RELATED METHODS
Garments having active and passive knitted rows can provide desired levels of compression. Garments made of active and passive knitted rows can provide dynamic levels of compression with respect to both location and over time to address a variety of conditions.
ELECTRICALLY HEATED GARMENT WITH PASS-THROUGH BATTERY POCKET
A heated article of clothing including a garment body, a heater coupled to the garment body, a heater supply cable configured to provide electrical power to the heater, and a battery pack configured to power to the heater by way of the heater supply cable. The garment body includes a first compartment configured to hold the battery pack, a second compartment configured to alternatively hold the battery pack, and a pass-through connecting the first compartment to the second compartment internally within the garment body such that the battery pack is movable between the first and second compartments while remaining coupled with the heater supply cable.
FLUID-BASED EXOSKELETAL BODY ARMOR WITH CLIMATE CONTROL
A protective suit comprising: a head portion comprising a fluid-filled head portion chamber; a neck portion releasably secured to the head portion and comprising a neck portion chamber, wherein the fluid-filled head portion chamber is in fluid communication with the neck portion chamber; and a torso portion releasably secured to the neck portion and comprising a fluid-filled torso portion chamber, wherein the fluid-filled torso portion chamber is in fluid communication with the neck portion chamber; and wherein the head portion is configured to be disposed on a head of the wearer, the neck portion is configured to be disposed in an arcuate manner around a neck of the wearer, and the torso portion is configured to be disposed on a torso of the wearer, such that when a force of an impact is received on the head portion, fluid from the fluid-filled head portion chamber is transferred into the neck portion chamber to support the neck of the wearer against translational and rotational forces imparted to the wearer, and when a force of an impact is received on the torso portion, fluid from the fluid-filled torso portion chamber is transferred to the neck portion chamber to support the neck of the wearer against translational and rotational forces imparted to the wearer.
Electrically heated garment
An article of clothing including a garment body and a heating system coupled to the garment body. The heating system includes a plurality of heating zones configured to heat different portions of the garment body. A battery pack supplies power to the heating system. A controller selectively provides power from the battery pack to the multiple heating zones. A user input member is provided for selecting a mode of the controller.
GARMENT WITH A CONFIGURABLE CONVECTIVE DEVICE
At least some aspects of the present disclosure feature a combination, comprising: a garment, a configurable convective device, and an attachment device configured to attach the configurable convective device to the garment. The configurable convective device comprises a pneumatic structure having a first portion, a second portion, and an inflatable channel connecting the first portion and the second portion and at least one opening into the pneumatic structure. In some cases, the relative positions of the first portion and the second portion of the pneumatic structure can be rearranged.
COOLING AND HYDRATING CONTAINERS AND METHODS OF USE
Bladders/containers designed to hold a meaningful amount of material (in any state: solid, liquid or gas) to conductively absorb heat from the human body. In addition, the material may be consumed by the user wearing the bladder/container, thus providing a source of hydration for the user. The bladders/containers would also enhance impact and/or ballistic protection of the user.
COOLING DEVICE AND COOLING CLOTHES USING THE SAME
A cooling device and a cooling coat using the cooling device includes a shell, a TEC cooling/heating module installed inside the shell, a fan and a controlling circuit. The TEC cooling/heating module comprises a TEC plate installed inside the shell, a first and a second heat conductor respectively configured on the cold face and hot face of the TEC plate; the shell is provided with an air inlet at the position corresponding to the fan; the shell is provided with an exhaust port corresponding to the second heat conductor, the end portion of the shell is provided with a cold/hot wind outlet corresponding to the first heat conductor; when the fan is running, air is sucked into the shell through the air inlet, and is blown to the first and second heat conductor.
ACTIVELY HEATED OR COOLED GARMENTS OR FOOTWEAR
Garments or footwear with active temperature control include one or more heating or cooling elements, one or more batteries, and one or more power receivers. Circuitry of the garment of footwear is configured to control the delivery of power to the one or more heating or cooling elements to heat or cool one or more portions of the garment associated with the one or more heating or cooling elements.
