COOLING GARMENT
The invention relates to a cooling garment for cooling a torso of a wearer, comprising a front and a rear panel with a neck opening therebetween, wherein the front panel and the rear panel together comprise one single cooling section composed of two outer layers with a water absorbent layer sandwiched therebetween. The two outer layers are sealed together along their edges to form a single compartment for the storage of water, wherein the portions of the compartment that are at the front and the rear panel are in fluid communication with one another over the shoulders. Both outer layers are impermeable to water but permeable to water vapor. The cooling garment may be activated by filling the compartment with water via an inlet in one of the outer layers.
CLINICAL GARMENT WITH A CONVECTIVE DEVICE
Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a warming device that includes a clinical garment and a first pneumatic convective device. The clinical garment includes an inner surface for facing the patient and having an inner surface area. The clinical garment has a hemline and forms a longitudinal axis. The first pneumatic convective device can have an air-permeable layer having a pneumatic surface area, the pneumatic surface area is at least 25% of the inner surface area in a deployed state. The warming device can include a first inlet for admitting a stream of pressurized, warmed air into the first pneumatic convective device. The second end of the first pneumatic convective device extends past the hemline when in the deployed state, and, when the first pneumatic convective device is in a folded state, the second end extends no greater than 3 inches past the hemline.
Therapeutic garment
A therapeutic garment for cooling an arm of a user includes a vest that is configured to position over a torso of the user. A sleeve is coupled to and extends from a circumference of an armhole of the vest so that the sleeve is configured to insert the arm of the user. The sleeve comprises an inner layer that is coupled to an outer layer so that the inner layer and the outer layer define an interior space. The interior space extends from a cuff of the sleeve to the armhole. An orifice is positioned in the outer layer proximate to the armhole. The orifice is configured to selectively insert a cooling material into the interior space, positioning the cooling material to cool the arm of the user. A closure is coupled to the outer layer proximate to the orifice and is positioned to selectively and sealably close the orifice.
SYSTEMS, DEVICES AND RELATED GARMENTS FOR ACTIVE TEMPERATURE REGULATION
Thermal regulating units are provided. Each thermal regulating unit includes a first thermally conductive layer in contact with the skin of the body. The first thermally conductive layer is embedded with electrical wiring and a first passive thermometer sensor. A plurality of spaced apart thermoelectric coolers are provided on the first thermal conductivity layer. A second thermally conductive layer opposite the first layer is exposed to ambient air or fluid. The second thermally conductive layer includes embedded electrical wiring and a second passive thermometer sensor. A thermal insulating layer is provided between the first and second thermally conductive layers. The thermal insulating layer creates a thermal barrier therebetween and adheres the first and second thermally conductive layer together. The thermal regulating unit operates responsive to a controller to regulate the temperature of a user based on the feedback of the one or more thermal regulating units.

WEARABLE GARMENT
A wearable garment comprising a customizable and reusable top and a bottom portion are disclosed. The top portion comprises a vest for an upper part and the bottom portion comprises a short for lower part of the body. Both the portions are attached to each other using a plurality of straps which comprise of pouches filled with a phase change material and are in direct contact with the body. The top and bottom portions of the wearable garment have equally divided sheets or pouches to prevent leakage of energy from the body and maintain body temperature for extended working hours. The phase change material can be eutectic ice or humps fat to cool/heat the body by dissipating/absorbing the heat generated by the body. The top and bottom portions and the straps are immersed in a mixture material comprising of a mixture of hydrocarbon chain, water and a salted base.
