Automated fueling assembly
An automated fueling assembly includes a refueling station that is positioned at a gas station for refueling gas burning vehicles. The refueling station includes a control panel that is movably integrated into the refueling station to facilitate a driver of a vehicle to access the control panel. The refueling station includes a robotic arm that is actuatable to extend into a refueling port in the vehicle for refueling the vehicle without requiring the driver to exit the vehicle. A pair of sensing units is each positioned on a driveway adjacent to the refueling station. Furthermore, the refueling station is turned on when each the sensing units senses the weight of the vehicle.
Fuel verification system with intrusion of fluid detection
Fuel management systems for a fuel dispensing facility including a fuel delivery system are disclosed. The fuel delivery system includes at least one storage tank configured to contain a fuel, at least one dispenser configured to receive the fuel from the at least one storage tank, and a fuel handling system which is configured to one of (1) deliver the fuel to the at least one storage tank, (2) receive the fuel from the at least one storage tank, (3) monitor for a leak within the fuel delivery system, and (4) monitor for a fuel inventory within the fuel delivery system. The fuel management system may include installation records of the fuel handling components. The fuel management system may monitor cameras positioned in sumps of the fuel delivery system. The fuel delivery system may include a camera positioned to monitor an interior of a sump, the interior of the sump being provided by a sump basin and a sump cover. The sump cover may be a sump lid. The sump cover may be a dispenser. The sump cover may be another portion of the fuel delivery system.
ROBOTIC SERVICING SYSTEM
A robotic servicing system. The robotic servicing system includes an evacuation system, a refill system and a robotic assembly. The evacuation system includes a first quick connect fitting configured to mate with a quick connect valve of a vehicle. The refill system includes a second quick connect fitting configure to mate with the quick connect valve of the vehicle. The robotic assembly is couplable to the evacuation system and the refill system, and is configured to autonomously connect the first and second quick connection fittings to the quick connect valve of the vehicle.
Robotic system for automatic refuelling of vehicles
A robotic refuelling system and method for automatically operating a fuel station for refuelling vehicles includes a first detection unit for identifying the vehicle, a collaborative robot arm, and an adapter tool connected to the collaborative robot arm. The system is configured for detecting and identifying the vehicle, and controlling the collaborative robot arm and the adapter tool to engage at least one fuel dispenser unit of the fuel station and refuel the vehicle.
ROBOTIC SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC REFUELLING OF VEHICLES
A collaborative robot arm for being used in an explosive environment includes electronics contained in at least one housing with at least one opening and a pressurization system configured for pressurizing the at least one housing with a gas at a predefined pressure level above atmospheric pressure.
