Heat exchanger system with flexible bag
A bag assembly for use with a heat exchanger includes a flexible bag having of one or more sheets of polymeric material, the bag having a first end that bounds a first compartment and an opposing second end that bounds a second compartment, a support structure being disposed between the first compartment and the second compartment so that the first compartment is separated and isolated from the second compartment. A first inlet port, a first outlet port, and a first drain port are coupled with the flexible bag so as to communicate with the first compartment. A second inlet port, a second outlet port, and a second drain port are coupled with the flexible bag so as to communicate with the second compartment.
Gas filter systems for fluid processing systems
A filter assembly includes a casing having of a polymeric film and bounding a compartment, the casing having an inlet opening communicating with the compartment and a first outlet opening communicating with the compartment. A first filter includes a porous filter body through which gas can pass and has a pore size smaller than 1 m, the first filter being coupled with the casing so that the filter body is at least partially disposed within compartment of the casing and so that gas passing through the compartment of the casing from the inlet opening to the first outlet opening must pass through the filter body.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING FLOW VELOCITY OF A LIQUID IN A CIRCULATION CHANNEL
A treatment plant and method for controlling a treatment plant suitable for treatment of wastewater. The treatment plant includes a circulation channel housing liquid, a submersible flow generating machine arranged in the circulation channel and generating a liquid flow along the circulation channel, and a control unit that is operatively connected to the flow generating machine. The flow generating machine is driven in operation by the control unit. The method includes the steps of: driving the flow generating machine at a nominal speed, decreasing the rotational speed of the flow generating machine from the set nominal speed, detecting the rotational speed at which the torque of the flow generating machine is equal to a predetermined threshold, and determining the flow velocity of the liquid at the flow generating machine based on a predetermined relationship between the rotational speed of the flow generating machine and the flow velocity of the liquid.
Fine bubble diffuser assembly
A diffuser assembly includes a flexible diffuser membrane and a diffuser body. The flexible diffuser membrane defines a circumferential bead. The diffuser body defines a circular plate underlying the flexible diffuser membrane, and an edge ring covering a covered portion of the circumferential bead. The edge ring defines an inside surface that conforms to an outside shape of the covered portion of the circumferential bead. The edge ring is integral to the diffuser body. Such a diffuser assembly may provide a disposable diffuser assembly option with many advantages over conventional technologies such as improved ease of installation, lower weight, and lower cost.
VENTILATION ELEMENT
The invention relates to a ventilation element for the introduction of a gas into a liquid, having at least one gas port, having at least one carrier plate and having at least one elastically deformable diaphragm which is connected to the at least one gas port and/or to the at least one carrier plate. A space that can be formed between the at least one diaphragm and the at least one carrier plate is connected in terms of flow to the gas port. The at least one carrier plate has a multiplicity of gas outlet openings, and at least one diaphragm is composed at least in sections of a material with a lower density than water, or is equipped with at least one float body which has a lower density than water.
CONTAINER WITH FILM SPARGER
A container assembly includes a flexible bag having an interior surface bounding a chamber and an opposing exterior surface. The bag has a bottom end wall that includes a first sparger and a second sparger. The first sparger and the second sparger each have a flexible first sheet overlying a flexible second sheet, the first sheet and the second sheet being secured together so as to form a sparging area bounded between the first sheet and the second sheet, at least a portion of the first sheet overlying the sparging area being gas permeable so that gas can pass from the sparging area, through the first sheet, and into the chamber.
MICRO BUBBLE GENERATING DEVICE
A micro bubble generating device disposed at one end of a liquid supply device comprising a water inlet unit, a water outlet unit, an air inlet groove, and a first sleeve. The water inlet unit is penetrated by first passages, and one side being penetrated is provided with a first connecting surface; the water outlet unit is penetrated by second passages, and one side being penetrated is provided with a second connecting surface. The second connecting surface faces the first connecting surface, and they partially abut against each other to form the air inlet groove. The air inlet groove comprises a third passage and a first accommodating chamber. The first accommodating chamber has a first spacing, the first spacing is different from a second spacing of the third passage. The first sleeve is disposed at another side of the water outlet unit.
BUBBLE GENERATOR
A bubble generator including a container having a side wall and a top wall defining a cavity. An insert is located within the cavity defining a gas path with a trap portion. The gas path being in communication with an exit in the container. The cavity including an opening receiving a gas accumulating within the cavity, the gas path allowing the accumulating gas to escape through the exit once the accumulating gas reaches a predetermined level proximate the trap portion.
Container with film Sparger
A container assembly includes a flexible bag having an interior surface bounding a chamber and an opposing exterior surface, the bag having a bottom end wall being comprised of a first sheet overlying a second sheet, the first sheet and the second sheet of the bottom end wall being welded together so as to form a first sparging area and a separated second sparging area that are both bounded between the first sheet and the second sheet, at least a portion of the first sheet overlying the first and second sparging areas being gas permeable.
Gas spargers and related container systems
A container system includes a collapsible bag having an interior surface at least partially bounding a chamber, the chamber being adapted to hold a fluid. A sparger is disposed within the chamber of the bag, the sparger bounding a compartment and having an inside edge that encircles an opening passing through the sparger. At least a portion of the sparger is gas permeable. A tubular member is coupled to the sparger and is in communication with the compartment.
