This invention provides a continuous liquid phase type wet exhaust gas treatment method for removing sulfur oxides from exhaust gas and collecting it as gypsum, which method is simple and humidifying liquid is uniformly sprayed into exhaust gas with it. The method is characterized in that humidifying liquid is injected downwardly in a region where exhaust gas flows vertically downwardly.

Air bubble generation device

A bubble generation device intermittently generates large bubbles in a liquid phase. The bubble generation device includes a bubble storing container, a pivot, and a pair of edge portion receivers. The bubble storing container stores bubbles generated by a gas supply nozzle in the liquid. The pivot allows the bubble storing container to pivot thereon, thereby releasing the large bubbles from the bubble storing container. The pair of edge portion receivers receives and blocks an edge portion of the bubble storing container to limit pivot of the bubble storing container. An inside of the bubble storing container is partitioned by a partition that is installed in an axial direction of the pivot.

Submersible nano-bubble generating device and method

An apparatus for producing nano-bubbles in a volume of liquid is described. The apparatus includes a motor having a rotatable shaft, an axially rotatable permeable member couplable to a gas inlet, and a rotatable tube support coupled to the rotatable shaft of the motor and having an inner cavity that houses the axially rotatable permeable member. When rotated, the axially rotatable permeable member is rotated so that the surface velocity of the rotatable permeable member simulates axial turbulent flow above the turbulent threshold in the liquid that allows the liquid to shear gas from the outer surface of the axially rotatable permeable member, thereby forming nano-bubbles in the liquid.

System, device, and method to manufacture nanobubbles

Systems, devices, and methods for manufacturing nanobubbles are disclosed herein. In an embodiment, a nanobubble generator system includes a medium, wherein in the medium is a liquid medium or a semi-liquid medium. A device is immersed in the medium. The device includes a ceramic membrane having a first surface and an opposing second surface, and pores extending through the membrane from the first surface to the second surface, and a hydrophobic porous coating layer disposed on the first surface of the membrane. The system includes a gas source for providing a gas to the medium. In operation, the gas enters pores on the second surface of the membrane and exits the coating layer in the form of nanobubbles.

Gas sparger for an immersed membrane

A gas sparger produces an intermittent flow of bubbles even if provided with a continuous gas flow. The sparger has a housing to collect a pocket of gas and a conduit to release some of the gas from the pocket when the pocket reaches a sufficient size. Optionally, a cover over an outlet from the conduit may break up or distribute the released gas. A large sparger for use with a commercial membrane module can comprise a plurality of smaller units.

Water aeration system with floating diffuser
11173457 · 2021-11-16 · ·

A water aeration system powers an air pump held in an encasement with a solar panel mounted directly or indirectly to the encasement or to the mounting pole supporting the encasement above a ground surface. An air conduit directs pumped air to one or more disc diffusers submerged in the body of water to be aerated. The disc diffuser(s) are supported by a floating platform that is suspended from a buoy or float so that the disc diffuser(s) are held at a desired depth below the water surface.

Liquid diffusing filter

A liquid-diffusing filter which can aerate a liquid by diffusing it and thus exposing it to air to oxygenate the liquid. The user can pour a liquid through the device and it comes out diffused. Thus a superior liquid aerating solution is provided that can more simply aerate a beverage.

TUBE DIFFUSER AND ASSOCIATED SADDLE

Aspects of the invention describe a tube diffuser design and associated saddle design that allow the two elements to be easily and quickly attached to each other in the field for the purpose of aerating wastewater. The tube diffuser is cylindrical and includes a gas distribution section spanning across an interior diameter of the tube diffuser. The saddle includes a pair of engagement arms that are able to couple to this gas distribution section of the tube diffuser. Once the tube diffuser is attached to the saddle and the assembly is submerged in wastewater, the saddle may be used to transport air from an air distribution pipe to the tube diffuser. The air may then be made to leave the tube diffuser as a plume of air bubbles.

LIQUID AERATOR AND AIR COMPRESSOR THEREOF

A liquid aeration system includes an air compressor system and a diffuser. The air compressor system includes an air intake manifold, an air compressor, and a compressor inlet line. The compressor inlet line fluidly connects the air intake manifold and the suction inlet of the air compressor. The compressor suctions air from the air intake manifold through at least the suction inlet hose. The compressor compresses the air into compressed air that is supplied to the diffuser.
