10882060 · 2021-01-05 · ·

A flexible dispensing apparatus for coupling to pressurized fluid containers is described. It includes a flexible tube and a handle assembly. The handle assembly houses a second end of the tube. The handle assembly has a first side connected to a second side, a slide trigger, a roller coupled to the bottom of the slide trigger with a dowel pin, a spray nozzle assembly, a magnet reservoir, and a magnet. The first side has an inclined ramp that runs along a length of the first side and extends into the second side above and beyond a seam that is formed by the connection of the two sides. The tube is within a channel in the handle assembly formed between the inclined ramp and the roller. When the roller is rolled toward the end of the ramp it pinches the flexible tube near the top of the inclined ramp.

Moreover, the system includes a return line coupled in fluid communication with an outlet of the compressor. The compressor is configured to compress the second flow of volatile fluid and channel the compressed second flow of volatile fluid to the pressure vessel via the return line.

METERED AND ACTIVE SPRAYER DEVICES WITH AEROSOL FUNCTIONALITY ("Flairosol II")

In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, Flairosol dispensing devices can be provided. Such devices utilize a combination of Flair technology, pre-compression valves and aerosol-like pressurization of the dispensed liquid. Such a dispensing device has, for example, a main body comprising a pressure chamber, the latter being provided with a pressure piston and a pressure spring. The device further has a piston and a piston chamber which draws liquid from a container, for example, the inner container of a Flair bottle, and fills the pressure chamber with that liquid as a user operates a trigger in various compression and release strokes. The piston chamber has both an inlet valve and an outlet valve, which serve to prevent backflow. Liquid exiting the piston chamber under pressure (supplied by a user pumping the trigger) enters a central vertical channel which is in fluid communication with both the pressure chamber (above the pressure piston) and a dome valve provided near the outlet channel at the top of the dispensing head. The dome valve has a preset pressure, such that once exceeded by the liquid, opens and allows for a spray. If the liquid pressure drops below such preset pressure, the dome valve closes off the outlet channel, which serves to regulate the strength of the flow and preclude leakage. Alternatively, in an activated embodiment, for example, once the liquid is sufficiently pressurized, it can be dispensed by a user allowing the dome valve to open by pressing on an activation button that removes a dome lock.

SPRAYER DEVICE WITH AEROSOL FUNCTIONALITY -FLAIROSOL

In embodiments, devices are provided. The devices have a main body comprising a pressure chamber, with pressure piston and pressure spring, and a piston chamber which draws liquid from a reservoir and fills the pressure chamber as a user performs compression and release strokes. The piston chamber has both inlet and outlet valves. In a dispensing head a valve is provided to regulate the flow strength and preclude leakage. Once the liquid is sufficiently pressurized, it is dispensed by a user opening an activation valve, and spray can be abruptly stopped by closing the activation valve. In alternate embodiments, without an activation valve, once the liquid is pressurized, continuous spray occurs until the pressure chamber is fully emptied. Pumping the trigger before the pressure chamber is fully emptied achieves continuous spray. When the input volume is greater than the volume of the pressure chamber volume, continuous spray with fewer pumping strokes occurs.

Tree injection apparatus and treatment system

A tree injection apparatus includes a pump coupled with a fluid reservoir that holds a treatment solution under pressure generated by the pump. At least one fluid conduit is provided to have a first end coupled with the pump and a second end coupled with a valve assembly. A feeder tube is releasably engaged at the valve assembly, where the feeder tube is configured to engage a drilled hole extending into vascular tissue of the tree receiving treatment. The pump releases the pressurized treatment solution through the fluid conduit and to the feeder tube at a desired pressure, so as to generally coincide with the absorption rate of the vascular tissue. The feeder tube may be released from engagement with the valve assembly, so as to allow cleaning of the feeder tube of debris, pathogens, and spores before being installed on another tree.

NEBULIZER AND CONTAINER

A nebulizer for nebulizing a liquid from a container, where the nebulizer includes a fluid pump for withdrawing the liquid in doses from the container and pressurizing the respective doses for nebulization. The container includes an air pump with a piston/cylinder arrangement to pressurizing the liquid in the container to help withdrawing the liquid from the container. A control valve limits the air pressure acting on the liquid.

Backpack sprayer with internal pump

An internal pump backpack sprayer system includes first and second tanks and a double action pump unit. The first tank defines an open volume to hold a fluid. The second tank is received within the first tank and receives a pressurized fluid therein. The double action pump includes a cylinder and piston assembly having a cylinder housing with first and second inlets and first and second outlets. A piston is located and moveable within a cylinder. When the piston moves in an up-stroke, a first portion of the fluid is drawn from the first tank through the first inlet while the pressurized fluid is discharged to the second tank through the second outlet. When the piston moves in a down-stroke, a second portion of the fluid is drawn from the first tank through the second inlet while the pressurized fluid is discharged to the second tank through the first outlet.
