CLEANLINE THREADER
A thread milling system includes a thread milling machine having a spindle; and a combination tool having a body and a reaming insert, the body having a first end and a second end, the body defining a securing pocket, the reaming insert secured proximate to the second end of the body and within the securing pocket, the second end of the body attached to the spindle.
MULTI-AXIS MACHINING CENTER WITH MECHANIZED TOOL MAGAZINE
A machining center includes two independent carriages supported so that they can slide along respective longitudinal translation axes by two parallel horizontal rails fixed in a raised position to a supporting structure. The carriages support respective machining heads which can move along two respective translation axes. The machining heads support respective tool holding spindles in a rotatable manner about a horizontal rotation axis (Yr, Yr) by virtue of rotary support means. A workpiece holding table is supported at the base of the supporting structure. Two mechanized tool magazines are supported at the opposite longitudinal ends of the supporting structure and are accessible by the spindles. The rotary support and/or the workpiece holding table can rotate about a respective vertical axis.
End effector
A quill style drilling/milling end effector with high tool positioning accuracy, a pressure foot with fast response in force and displacement feedback, and with automatic mounting and dismounting, normality sensing, and through the tool coolant delivery.
Work machine
A work machine includes: a bed having a table positioned on the upper surface thereof; sidewalls positioned to the left and right of the bed and projecting to the rear of the rear surface of the bed; support members for each supporting the bed in relation to a floor surface by using two points on the sidewalls to the left and right of the bed, and using at least one other point; a vertically moving body for moving along a pair of left and right vertical guides positioned in the vertical direction down to the vicinity of the floor surface on the rear surface of the bed; and a vertical drive means for moving the vertically moving body as one of the abovementioned relative movements, and having a pair of left and right feed screws positioned in parallel with the vertical guides.
Working machine
In a working machine, left and right side walls are erected on a bed, a forward/backward saddle is movable in forward/backward directions, left and right sides of the forward/backward saddle are movably supported with the left and right side walls, a forward/backward drive device is arranged on the left and right side walls, to move the forward/backward saddle in the forward/backward directions, a left/right saddle is arranged on the forward/backward saddle and movable in left/right directions, a left/right drive device is arranged on the forward/backward saddle on each of forward/backward sides of the left/right saddle, to move the left/right saddle in the left/right directions, an up/down slider is movable up and down and arranged on the left/right saddle, a lower portion of the up/down slider is provided with a processing head to which a processing tool for processing a work set on the bed is removably and replaceably attached.
MACHINE TOOL
Provided is a machine tool including: a bed; a work-table which is provided to the bed; a moving device provided to the bed; a spindle head provided to the moving device; at least a vertical main spindle provided to the spindle head, the vertical main spindle extending in the vertical direction; and at least a horizontal main spindle provided to the spindle head, the horizontal main spindle extending in a horizontal direction.
ROTARY INDEXING MACHINE
A rotary indexing machine comprises at least one indexing plate, which is in at least one operating state configured to accommodate and transport at least one work piece, and with at least one clocking cell comprising at least one accommodating unit with at least two opposite-situated accommodating elements, which are configured for together accommodating the at least one work piece from the indexing plate, and comprising at least one machining unit for machining the work piece accommodated by the accommodating unit, wherein the at least one clocking cell comprises at least one bridge unit, which extends at least partially over the indexing plate in an axial direction and is configured to guide the at least two accommodating elements of the accommodating unit in a shared coordinate system.
Positioning device
A portal-type positioning device includes two parallel linear guides provided with integrated linear drives, which support a separate X-carriage in a manner that allows movement in the X-direction, as well as a cross beam which is connected to the two X-carriages and movably supports a carriage in a Y-direction that extends perpendicular to the X-direction, with the aid of an integrated linear drive. In addition, the positioning device has a tool holder, which is guided on the Y-carriage in a Z-direction and holds a tool for machining a workpiece situated in an X-Y plane, the tool being disposed next to the cross beam at an offset in the X-direction. A force frame disposed above the tool in the Z-direction transmits a process force acting on the tool to the carriages LX1, LX2 without deforming the cross beam by a torque. The process force is applied by an electromagnet which acts between the force frame and the tool holder.
CARTESIAN NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED MACHINE TOOL FOR HIGH-PRECISION MACHINING AND OPTICAL APPARATUS FOR MONITORING DEFORMATIONS FOR CARTESIAN MACHINE TOOLS FOR HIGH-PRECISION MACHINING
A Cartesian numerically controlled machine tool for high-precision machining includes a footing, a first part with first movement elements for the movement of a second part with respect to a first controlled axis, a second part with second movement elements for the movement of a third part with respect to a second controlled axis, and a third part with third movement elements for the movement of a machining head with respect to a third controlled axis. The Cartesian machine tool further includes a machining head, and, on board, optical elements for detecting and monitoring the position of at least one reference nodal point for each of one or more of the controlled axes with respect to a reference that is integral with a part of the machine tool.
CLEANLINE THREADER
