A PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) designed to enclose the nose region while allowing the mouth open for various daily activities and events.

FACE MASK
20230000186 · 2023-01-05 ·

The face mask mainly includes a main piece. An upper portion of the main piece is bended backward at a first upper bending section, and then extended downward to form a first upper piece. A lower portion of the first upper piece is bended backward at a second upper bending section, and then extended upward to form a second upper piece. A lower portion of the main piece is similarly bended and extended to form a first lower piece and a second lower piece. A main piece height, a second upper piece height, and a second lower piece height, relative to a face mask height, are respectively between 42%˜64%, 42%˜48% and 31%˜39%. The main piece is vertically positioned towards a lower half of the face mask for a vertical distance, which is between 2% and 10% relative to the face mask height.

Filter frame

A disc filter frame including a base member and a lever, said base member including, adjacent a first end thereof, a breathing aperture and a connection arrangement configured to connect to a respiratory device, said breathing aperture and connection arrangement being aligned so as to define an airflow channel therebetween; said lever being hingedly connected by a hinge mechanism at its proximal end to said base at said first end and including a sealing member shaped and configured to cover said breathing aperture, the lever being biased in a first position and selectively movable to a second position in which said sealing member seals said breathing aperture, the distal end of said lever being located and spaced apart from adjacent a second, opposing end of said base and configured to be manually pressed to move said sealing member from said first position to said second position.

Headwear with Storable Accessory

Headwear includes a storage region formed in a headwear portion with the storage region having an opening. An accessory is configured to cover a portion of a wearer's face and includes first and second opposing ends. The first end of the accessory is manually removable from the storage region through the opening. A retainer is attached to the second end of the accessory for limiting movement of the accessory within the storage region. The retainer locks the second end of the accessory within the storage region.

SANITIZING FACE MASK
20220409766 · 2022-12-29 ·

A face mask is connected via a tube to a housing containing an ultraviolet (UV) light-emitting diode (LED) in a channel. A power source is connected to the UV LED. The channel is helical in shape and has undulations, so as to maximize the amount time the air is subjected to the UV radiation. The housing rear face has a fins to allow the heat from the LEDs to dissipate through the fins during use. This arrangement protects the user and others from excessive UV exposure and heat during use.

Face Mask Assembly

A face mask assembly includes a face mask that has a concave shape such that the face mask covers the user's mouth and the user's nose when the face mask is worn. A pad is integrated into the face mask to extend across the user's nose when the face mask is worn. The pad is comprised of an air impermeable material to inhibit air exhaled by the user from passing between the face mask and the user's nose thereby inhibiting eyeglasses worn by the user from is fogged. A bendable strip is integrated into the pad thereby facilitating the bendable strip to retain the pad in a preferred shape to conform to the shape of the user's nose.

Mask for Detecting Virus of Respiratory Tract Infection
20220408862 · 2022-12-29 ·

This invention provides a respirator for detecting viruses which cause respiratory tract infection. The respirator comprises an outer layer, an inner layer, a rapid screening reagent between the outer layer and the inner layer, and a water-resist membrane between the rapid screening reagent and the inner layer. A sample pad of the rapid screening reagent is located on a region close to the nostrils, such that air from the nostrils will arrive the sample pad. Viruses inside the air with vapors or moistures will flow inside the rapid screening reagent through a conjugate pad, a nitrocellulose membrane, and an absorption pad. At least one test line will indicate a corresponding virus.
