Patient gown
A patient gown includes a panel made from a single piece of fabric, the panel including an edge finish extending around an outer perimeter of the panel, a neck opening formed centrally in the panel, the neck opening connected to the edge finish through a slit, and a first set of ties, each of the first set of ties connected to the panel at one end and having a free extending across the slit, the first set of ties configured to secure the slit and close the neck opening around a neck of a user when the user is wearing the patient gown.

The invention is guiding means that are adapted to serve as guides to accurately locate specific locations on the body to be stimulated in order to prevent, diagnose, and treat specific types of diseases and other conditions in humans and animals. The invention includes specially modified and personalized articles of clothing and an apparatus for supporting an organ of a human or animal body adapted for accurately positioning and orienting the organ with respect to each other a device for administering the stimulation or the healing process. The apparatus and embodiments of the articles of clothing are adapted as stands that support devices used to apply stimulation to the location. The applied stimulation can be any of the therapies which depend on the application of energy or force to specific locations on the body.
Bonding garment
A garment for skin-to-skin bonding with an infant, comprising a back, a lower front, an upper front, a hem, sleeve holes and a collar, a receiving flap and a plurality of fasteners. The garment further comprises a receiving portion comprising an angled, substantially longitudinal break in the upper front. The receiving flap is operable to be removably joined by operation of the fasteners to a portion of the upper front to cover the receiving portion and to cause the upper front to take the visual appearance of a known article of clothing.
Therapeutic clothing having sensory strips and stress relieving components incorporated therein
Therapeutic clothing includes a garment adapted to be worn over a lower portion of a body having a waistband and first and second legs extending below the waistband. The therapeutic clothing has a first elongated sensory strip attached to an outside surface of the first leg and extending along the length of the first leg between the waistband and a lower end of the first leg. The first elongated sensory strip has an inner edge attached to the outside surface of the first leg and a free outer edge. The therapeutic clothing has a second elongated sensory strip attached to an outside surface of the second leg and extending along the length of the second leg between the waistband and a lower end of the second leg. The second sensory strip has an inner edge attached to the outside surface of the second leg and a free outer edge.
A GARMENT
The present invention provides a garment (100) for moving an incapacitated person, comprising a wearable body portion (102); and a support portion (104) comprising a plurality of attachment elements (110) attachable to a lifting device, wherein the plurality of attachment elements comprises a first attachment element located at a first location on a first side of a sagittal plane of the garment and a second attachment element located at a second location on a second side of the sagittal plane and substantially opposed to the first location. A method of moving an incapacitated person and a system comprising a garment (500) and a sling (600) are also provided.
Medical Gown
A gown is provided including non-woven fabric having a front portion, a rear portion, said rear portion ending in a lower edge, and a head insertion aperture that is between the front portion and the rear portion. The gown includes an opening in the rear portion; this opening is formed at the lower edge and extends upwards towards the head insertion aperture, and is configured to assist the wearing in donning the gown. There is a bridge extending across the rear portion at least partially between the opening and the head insertion aperture. This bridge is configured to tear and split the rear portion when the front portion is pulled away from the wearer.
Mobility-Assistive Garment
A garment includes an interior surface, a strap sheath carried by the interior surface and establishing a strap tunnel, a strap movably extending through the strap sheath and being slidable in the strap tunnel relative to the strap sheath. Lower and upper body versions of the garment are also disclosed, as is a method of repositioning an appendage of a wearer of a garment.
Body-mountable cushion structure for post- surgical support and protection and method of use
Pivotably connected upper and lower cushions may be sized and shaped to protect chest and lower abdomen areas of a patient, respectively. The cushion structure may be held against the chest and/or abdomen areas of a patient by a combination of an adjustable and disconnectable neck strap attached to an upper portion of the upper cushion, and an adjustable length and resilient strap, such as an elastic belt binder, which may be positioned around the user's waist and the upper cushion. The lower cushion may pivotably move with the patient's legs, allowing the cushion structure to be comfortably used when moving between standing and seated positions, and providing improved protection from automotive seat belts. Pockets may be provided for positioning ice packs proximate the patient's body and for inconspicuously placing a negative-pressure wound therapy vacuum pump or other items.

Disclosed herein is a wearable article, comprising a fabric. In some embodiments, the fabric comprises an inner material layer which forms an inner surface of the wearable article, an outer material layer which forms an outer surface of the wearable article; and one or more intermediate material layers disposed between the inner and outer material layers. In some embodiments, the inner, outer, and one or more intermediate material layers are knitted together to provide a combination of two or more of: two or more compression zones; two or more mobility zones; two or more materials; or one or more electronic components.
GARMENT INCLUDING THERAPEUTIC LIGHT SOURCE
A garment includes a fabric base layer and at least one side-emitting optical fiber retained to or integrated with the fabric base layer. The fabric base layer can stretch in the grain and cross grain direction of the fabric base layer. The at least one side-emitting optical fiber is located in at least one light-emitting zone to be located over a targeted body area of the person wearing the garment, and is configured to receive light from a light source and in the at least one light-emitting zone is configured to project light having a therapeutic wavelength toward the targeted body area.
