METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CIRCUIT BOARD
A method for producing a circuit board includes a first step of arranging a circuit alignment jig having a pierced portion for receiving a circuit conductor corresponding to a circuit pattern on an insulating layer formed on a metal substrate, a second step is inserting the circuit conductor into the pierced portion, and a third step is pressing the circuit conductor to the insulating layer together with the circuit alignment jig.
ULTRASONIC SEALING ANVIL AND ULTRASONIC SEALING APPARATUS
A ultrasonic sealing anvil has a strip-shaped pressing surface that faces a vibration applying surface of an end of a horn and extends along a welding position of sheet members, the pressing surface having a step and a pair of extending surfaces, the step having a concave shape formed at a position at which the step abuts a thick layer portion with a relatively large thickness of the laminated sheet members and having inclined surfaces on both left and right sides, the pair of extending surfaces being continuous to the respective inclined surfaces on the both left and right sides of the step and extending leftward and rightward along the welding position with the step interposed therebetween, wherein the inclined surface has one or more grooves that extend in a width direction of the pressing surface.
THERMOPLASTIC PLASTIC NUT, NUT WELDING DEVICE AND NUT WELDING METHOD
A thermoplastic plastic nut includes a nut main section having a second thread to screw a first thread of a bolt; and a thin wall section weldable to the first thread and disposed to protrude upwardly from the nut main section. A material of the nut main section contains a thermoplastic resin and a material of the thin wall section contains the thermoplastic resin. Thus, a thermoplastic plastic nut, a nut welding device and a nut welding method are provided to make it possible to easily prevent the loosening of the nut.
Method for producing an oral pouched snuff product
The present disclosure relates to a method for producing an oral pouched snuff product comprising a filling material (29, 10) and a saliva-permeable pouch (43) enclosing the filling material (29, 10), the product (29, 10) having a moisture content of at most 20% by weight, in particular at most 10% by weight, based on total weight of the product (29, 10), the saliva-permeable pouch (43) having one or more seals (45, 46), and said filling material (29, 10) comprising at least 20% by weight, based on dry weight of the filling material (29, 10), of at least one ingredient having a melting temperature below 180 C., the method comprising ultrasonically welding and cutting an advancing web (32) of packaging material (7) to which the filling material (29, 10) has been supplied. The present disclosure also provides an oral pouched snuff product which is obtainable by this method.
Anvil and ultrasonic sealing apparatus
An anvil is provided in an ultrasonic sealing machine, in which vibration applying surfaces of a pair of horns and an abutment surface on an end face of the anvil cooperate with each other to bond a laminate. The abutment surface includes left and right welding surfaces which are disposed in the extending direction of the vibration applying surface and protrude toward the horns to face two vibration applying surfaces. The left and right welding surfaces each have an area per unit length in the extending direction, which continuously or step-wisely increases with an increase in distance from a center of the seal area, which is a region where the two vibration applying surfaces are adjacent to each other.
COMPLIANT ANVIL
An anvil is configured to operatively engage with a tooling agent. The anvil includes an outer surface, an opposing surface opposite the outer surface and an inner surface. One or more spring elements are disposed between the opposing surface and the inner surface. The springs provide a compliance to the anvil.
Flexible containers and related methods
A flexible container incorporating flexible front and rear sheets with a perimeter seal in which at least one length or section of the perimeter seal can include a seal weld that has both a permanent seal section and a pressure absorbing seal section. The pressure absorbing seal section is configured to peel, fail, or split when the flexible container, filled with a solution or liquid, is dropped onto a hard surface to thereby absorb the impact of the drop. The flexible container can be provided with one or more dispensing and/or additive ports or without any port. The flexible container may include more than one compartments with a peelable seal separating two adjoining compartments of the flexible container.
METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF AN INSULATING PROFILE
A method for producing insulating profiles comprises manufacturing a profile body and a first functional element separately, and the profile body and the first functional element are supplied to an ultrasonic welding device, wherein the profile body and the functional element are connected to one another by a material bond by formation of a welded joint. The profile body and the functional element are brought together into a predetermined first cross-sectional geometry during formation of the welded joint and are thereafter guided in this cross-sectional geometry until the plastics material of the welded joint solidifies to such an extent that the profile body and the first functional element are fixed in the predetermined cross-sectional geometry.
APPARATUS FOR SEALING THE TOP OF A PACKAGE FOR A FOOD PRODUCT AND SYSTEM FOR FORMING AND FILLING A FOOD PACKAGE
An apparatus for sealing the top of a package for a food product is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a pair of oppositely disposed first and second sealing jaws configured for reversibly engaging each other over the top of the package, at least one wedge on the first sealing jaw configured for contacting a first top portion of the package to form a first gable panel, a key on the second sealing jaw configured for contacting a second top portion of the package to form a second gable panel, at least one lug on the key configured for reducing skewing of the package prior to sealing, and a rubber dolly on either the first or the second sealing jaw, the rubber dolly and the opposing sealing jaw being configured to form and seal a fin between the rubber dolly and the opposing sealing jaw thereby sealing the top of the package. A system for forming, filling, and sealing a package containing a food product comprising the apparatus is also disclosed.
