Welding device and welding method
The welding chip heats and melts the first welded part and the second welded part, and includes a projected part, a first extension part, and a second extension part. The projected part has a tubular shape with a bottom. One end of the tubular shape extending in a predetermined direction opens and the other end of the tubular shape is closed. The projected part is pushed into the first welded part and the second welded part in the predetermined direction from the opening one end of the tubular shape. The first extension part has a shape extending from a tube outer surface of the projected part and extending annularly around the predetermined direction. The second extension part has a shape extending from the first extension part to the opening one end of the projected part in the predetermined direction and extending annularly around the predetermined direction.
METHOD FOR THE ULTRASONIC WELDING OF TWO PLASTIC COMPONENTS, AND PLASTIC COMPONENT PRODUCED THEREBY
The invention relates to a method for the ultrasonic welding of two plastic components using a sonotrode, wherein the energy for the welding is introduced into the plastic components via at least one or more pins of the sonotrode, wherein the two plastic components are welded to one another step by step, wherein the respectively subsequent step of the welding is carried out in a region which has already been loaded and relieved of tension as a result of the preceding step of the welding.
Process for making a porous filter element, porous filter elements made thereby, and filter devices including them
The present disclosure relates more to processes for making a filter element that includes a filter membrane having a strip of thermoplastic polymer material laminated thereto, for example, as a strip along an edge of the filter membrane. For example, one such process includes providing a sheet of filter membrane having a first surface and an opposed second surface; providing a strip of thermoplastic polymer material having a first surface and an opposed second surface; contacting the first surface of the strip of thermoplastic polymer material with the first surface of the filter membrane; and softening the strip of thermoplastic polymer material at at least its first surface by irradiation with laser radiation; such that the softened polymer material of the first surface of the strip of thermoplastic polymer material bonds to the first surface of the filter membrane upon hardening.
Thermal fill bonding method
A Thermal Bonding Method and Apparatus to thermally bond sheets of fill in a cooling tower fill pack. The apparatus creates a hemispherical joint extending through two fill sheets to provide a substantial joint between said sheets.
Inductor coil for induction welding of a packaging material
An inductor coil for induction welding of a packaging material having at least one layer of metal foil is disclosed. The inductor coil can be configured to induce an alternating current in the at least one layer of metal foil for inductive heating of the packaging material. In some embodiments, the inductor coil comprises a base layer material and a top layer material bonded to the base layer material to form an irreversible bonding interface comprising a mixture of the base layer material and the top layer material. An induction sealing device comprising at least one inductor coil and a method of manufacturing an inductor coil for induction welding of a packaging material is also disclosed.
Method of forming a composite heat seal structure
A compound heat seal structure that, when heat-sealing a bag with a stacked area level difference, reliably seals even a section having different level and that can be easily opened. A compound heat seal structure is provided as a peelable seal in a band shape on a bag and a linear heat seal is added as a peelable seal in that band-shaped peelable heat seal in the longitudinal direction thereof.
Heat Sealer Provided with Interfacial Temperature Sensor
The embodiment provides a heat-sealing apparatus and a method of accurately controlling heat sealing temperature by measuring the temperature using a heat-sealing apparatus which heat-seals a pair of heat seal materials by nipping them between a pair of heating bodies. The method of heat-sealing includes mounting a cover material on the surface of at least one of the heating bodies to be in contact with the heat seal material, attaching a minute temperature sensor to the surface of the cover material on the side to be in contact with the heat seal material, and controlling temperature of welding face by the temperature detected by the minute temperature sensor, and an apparatus therefor.
Device, in particular for closing a top portion of a food container, consisting of a laminate with a peeled and folded-back edge region
A device comprising a first fixing element, a further fixing element, and a folded planar composite is disclosed. The first fixing element comprises a first fixing surface and the further fixing element comprises a further fixing surface. The folded planar composite is at least partially fixed between the first fixing surface and the further fixing surface. The folded planar composite comprises a first composite region and a further composite region.
Method for manufacturing stretchable sheet
A stretchable elastic film is interposed in a stretched state between a first sheet layer having no elasticity and a second sheet layer having no elasticity. Heat melt energy is applied to a region of a large number of bonded portions spaced apart from each other by a heat melting apparatus from the outside of the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer to melt the elastic film. The first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are bonded directly or via an elastic film at the large number of bonded portions. The elastic film is caused to pass through the counter roll and the nip roll to pass along the counter roll and then pass along the anvil roll. The elastic film is stretched by making the circumferential speed of the anvil roll faster than the circumferential speed of the counter roll.
Thermal caulking method, thermal caulking device, and caulked material
Provided is a thermal caulking method of melting, at one time, a plurality of bosses 33 of a second member 30 protruding toward an inner circumferential surface of a conical hollow portion 11 of a first member 10 while being fitted to a plurality of holes 132 provided in the inner circumferential surface of the hollow portion 11 of the first member 10 having the substantially conical hollow portion 11 so that the plurality of bosses are joined to the first member 10, in which the plurality of bosses 33 are melted at one time by using a heat chip 51 having a continuous shape in the circumferential direction of the hollow portion 11 along the inner circumferential surface and are joined to the first member 10 while the adjacent melted bosses 33 are connected to each other.
