SOFT SENSOR-EMBEDDED GLOVE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
20210153578 · 2021-05-27 ·

Provided is a soft sensor embedded glove including an upper inside skin pattern, a soft sensor module coupled to at least a surface of the upper inside skin pattern, and including at least one soft sensor formed on a joint portion of a finger to measure flexion and extension of the finger, and an outside skin coupled to the upper inside skin pattern and exposed to outside, wherein, in the upper inside skin pattern, a width of a region to which the at least one soft sensor is coupled is less than a width of another region.

Sensorized glove and corresponding method for ergonomic analysis of the hand, in particular a worker's hand

Described herein is a sensorized glove, in particular designed for ergonomic analysis, including an inner glove, which comprises a plurality of extensometer sensors configured for detecting relative movements between parts of a worker's hand; and an outer glove, which comprises a plurality of pressure sensors distributed over a palmar surface and configured for detecting the pressure exerted in corresponding areas of said palmar surface. Moreover described is a corresponding method for determining the type of grasp exerted by a worker.

Assistive glove for artificial hands

Electronic assistive gloves for covering artificial prosthetic or robotic hands. The glove includes a base layer formed to fit on the artificial hand, a plurality of sensors carried by the base layer, and an encapsulation layer covering the base layer and formed of a material that mimics human skin.

Manufacturing monitoring system

A manufacturing monitoring system is disclosed. The manufacturing monitoring system comprises a manufacturing workspace. Technicians wearing force sensor and/or motion capture marker equipped gloves may work within the manufacturing workspace. Motion capture cameras may ring the manufacturing workspace. Motion data from the cameras and/or force data from the gloves may be sent to a remote workstation where they may be processed and analyzed. The workstation may produce quality assessment and/or training outputs based on the motion and/or force data.

SENSOR SHEET, ROBOT HAND, AND GLOVE

A sensor sheet includes unit sensor sheets configured to detect a physical property value at multiple points on a sensor layer, each unit sensor sheet including a first substrate, and an electrode layer and the sensor layer sequentially formed on one side of the first substrate; and a wiring substrate to which the unit sensor sheets are configured to be coupled, the wiring substrate including a second substrate, and a plurality of wirings provided on one side of the second substrate. One side of the wiring substrate and one side of each unit sensor sheet are facing each other. A conductive bonding member configured to electrically couple each unit sensor sheet and the wiring substrate with each other, is included between the electrode layer of each unit sensor sheet and at least one of the wirings of the wiring substrate.

Safety System For Machinery

A safety system for a machine having a danger zone includes an induction coil having one or more turns extending along the periphery of a part of a worker's body as, for example, extending alone the fingers of a glove worn by the worker. A drive circuit applies a time-varying current having an identifiable characteristic such as the frequency of an alternating current. A magnetic field having the characteristic of the time-varying current is induced in an omnidirectional magnetic field sensor mounted adjacent the danger zone. The magnitude of this field is monitored. When the magnitude exceeds a threshold, a warning signal is issued and protective action may be taken, such as stopping or reversing the machine.
