INTERLAYER FILM FOR LAMINATED GLASS, ROLL-SHAPED BODY, LAMINATED GLASS, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INTERLAYER FILM FOR LAMINATED GLASS, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ROLL-SHAPED BODY
The present invention aims to provide an interlayer film for a laminated glass, which can exhibit high deaeration properties during preliminary pressure bonding and enables production of a highly transparent laminated glass, a roll, a laminated glass, a method for producing the interlayer film for a laminated glass, and a method for producing the roll. The present invention relates to an interlayer film for a laminated glass, having a large number of recesses and a large number of projections on at least one surface, the interlayer film for a laminated glass having a thickness with a difference between a maximum thickness and a minimum thickness of less than 40 m at each of a central portion, one end portion, and an other end portion in a width direction that is orthogonal, in the same plane, to a machine direction of the film in production of the interlayer film for a laminated glass, the thickness being measured along 3 m in the machine direction of the film in production of the interlayer film for a laminated glass at the central portion, the one end portion, and the other end portion in the width direction.
INTERLAYER FILM FOR LAMINATED GLASS, AND LAMINATED GLASS
The present invention aims to provide an interlayer film for a laminated glass capable of exhibiting high deaeration properties even in a nip roll method and hardly forming air bubbles to enable the production of a highly visible laminated glass, and a laminated glass including the interlayer film for a laminated glass. The present invention relates to an interlayer film for a laminated glass, having a large number of recesses and a large number of projections on at least one surface, the recesses each having a groove shape with a continuous bottom and being regularly adjacent to each other in parallel with one another, the recesses each having a groove shape with a continuous bottom having a ratio (R/Sm100) of a radius of rotation R of the bottom to an interval Sm between the recesses of 15% or higher.
HIGH FLOW POLYMER INTERLAYERS FOR LAMINATED GLASS
An interlayer comprised of a high flow, low molecular weight thermoplastic resin, and at least one plasticizer is disclosed. The use of a high flow, low molecular weight thermoplastic resin, and a plasticizer creates synergy allowing the flow of the interlayer to be increased without sacrificing other characteristics typically associated with an increased flow (e.g., increased blocking, decreased mechanical strength, and decreased manufacturing capability). In this regard, the high flow, low molecular weight thermoplastic resin provides a flow improvement, resulting in a high flow interlayer. As a result, a thinner interlayer can be utilized in forming multiple layer panels because the resulting thinner interlayer has improved flow properties.
EMBOSSED POLYMER SHEET
A high frequency semi-isotropic embossed polymer interlayer sheet is disclosed. The embossed polymer interlayer sheet has a first side; a second side opposing the first side; and an embossed surface on at least one of the sides, and a surface texture ratio, Str, (as measured per ISO 25178) of between 0.1 and 0.99. The embossed polymer sheet may have at least 50 roughness peaks per centimeter (R PC, as measured per ASME B46.1 (1985)). The embossed polymer sheet may have a mottle value of less than or equal to 2.5 (as measured by a Clear Mottle Analyzer (CMA)). The embossed polymer sheet may be polyvinyl butyral.
INTERMEDIATE FILM FOR LAMINATED GLASS AND LAMINATED GLASS
Provided is an interlayer film for laminated glass capable of suppressing color migration and enhancing the handling property of the interlayer film. An interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention contains a thermoplastic resin, a first plasticizer having a solubility parameter of less than 18.0 (J/cm.sup.3).sup.0.5, and a second plasticizer having a solubility parameter of 18.0 (J/cm.sup.3).sup.0.5 or more.
