A cover for a glove having a back, a wrist, a thumb, index fingers, a web, a sizing strap, and a hook and loop fastener, the cover incorporating a sheet having a flexible base and a loop attached to the base; a web arm attached to the flexible sheet and extending oppositely from the base; a wrist arm attached to the flexible sheet and extending oppositely from the base; a first hook and loop fastener attached to the web arm and adapted for, upon attaching the loop to the sizing strap, wrapping around the glove and engaging the glove's hook and loop fastener; and a second hook and loop fastener attached to the wrist arm and adapted for wrapping around the glove's wrist and engaging the glove's hook and loop fastener.

The stabilizer may comprise a holder designed to accept the end of a welding gun and a positioning device at one end to minimize movement of the welding gun. The stabilizer attaches to the user's hand and allows precise and repeatable welding movements. The stabilizer also allows a user to push fingers slightly, instead of constantly gripping the trigger.

A mitt for manually handled object drop safety has a fabric covering and a wrist cuff which may be worn like a loose-fitting glove to catch accidentally dropped manually handled objects. The covering has a penetrable interlace of flat bands defining a plurality of insertion points at intersections therebetween through which typically objects such as fasteners such as bolts, nuts and the like may be inserted during manual handling.

A weight training glove apparatus for improved grip securing weights includes a glove body having a dorsal side, a ventral side, a wrist portion, a palm portion, a thumb portion, and a plurality of finger portions. Apparatus, systems, and methods for preventing fluid from entering an interface are provided. For example, a strap is provided for preventing fluid from entering an interface. The strap comprises a first layer comprising an elastic material and a second layer comprising a superabsorbent material. The strap extends about or around a first material at a position at or near an interface between the first material and a second material. The interface may be an interface between a surgical gown and a surgical glove worn by a healthcare provider, and the strap may extend about the gown at a position at or near the glove. In some embodiments, the strap comprises an absorptive facing and an elastic laminate. The absorptive facing comprises a carded web containing superabsorbent fibers. Further, the absorptive facing and elastic laminate form a stretchable material having absorptive properties.
