The present invention relates to a gripping glove with a gripping attachment disposed on the palm of the glove. To provide flexibility and friction enhancement, the gripping attachment can be a natural or synthetic polymer having elastic properties, such as rubber. The gripping attachment is structured and arranged to wrap at least partly around an elongated object when the elongated object is grasped. The elongated object can be a piece of sports equipment, such as a golf club or a handle of a racquet or a paddle, a handle of a tool such as a hammer, a chisel, or a file, etc.

The present disclosure provides a stabilizer for a welding gun, wherein said stabilizer may comprise a plurality of sections hinged together to allow rotation with respect to each other and in connection with a user's hand. The stabilizer may comprise a holder designed to accept the end of a welding gun and a positioning device at one end to minimize movement of the welding gun. The stabilizer attaches to the user's hand and allows precise and repeatable welding movements. The stabilizer also allows a user to push fingers slightly, instead of constantly gripping the trigger.

A glove comprises a flexible area configured to be worn on a hand of a user, the flexible area being positioned to be secured on a palm of the hand. A heatable football glove that provides heat to a wearer's hand. The glove includes a body member that includes a pocket therein to accommodate a heating element of substantially the same size as the pocket such that the heating element after activation is introduced through an opening into the pocket where it is snugly received therein and conforms to the pocket in order to be retained therein substantially without movement during use of the glove. A covering member that is selectively movable between open and closed positions is provided for closing the opening and retaining the heating element in the pocket during use of the glove. An attachment member is associated with the covering member for releasably attaching or adhering the covering member to the glove to retain the heating element in the pocket during use.

A weightlifting glove and hook assembly for supporting a weight while weight lifting includes a glove body that has a top end, a bottom end, a palm side, an outer surface and an inner surface. The top end and the bottom end are positioned on opposite ends of the glove body such that the glove body is positioned between the top end and the bottom end. A padding is attached to and covers the inner surface. The top end includes a plurality of finger sleeves. The bottom end has a cuff portion that is open for receiving a wrist. A support rod releasably engages two of the finger sleeves and extends forward of the palm side. The support rod has a receiving space to partially extend around a weightlifting bar.

In one embodiment, an apparatus includes a wristband adapted to position a watch face substantially over at least one of a lateral radial portion of a wrist of a user or an anatomical snuffbox of the user. Apparel, sporting equipment, and other items include magnetic securing systems (e.g., for holding a ball marker on a golf glove. Housings for such systems include a mount area defining a base surface that includes a magnet or is made from a magnetic material. At least two retaining walls extend from the mount area and together with the base surface define a receptacle for receiving another component (e.g., a golf ball marker) to be held by magnetic force. In such housings, a combined total perimeter length of interior surfaces of the retaining walls around the receptacle may be less than 50% of a total length around the perimeter of the component being held.
