The nozzle protection cover and the handle are provided at two opposite ends of the printer body. The printer body includes a printing panel, and the printing panel is located on the inner side of the nozzle protection cover. The printing panel is provided with at least two nozzles, the at least two nozzles are sequentially arranged at intervals in the first preset direction and the second preset direction, the first preset direction is in the vertical direction, and an included angle is formed between the second preset direction and the first preset direction.
Bioprinter for the fabrication of tissue
Described herein are bioprinters comprising: one or more printer heads, wherein a printer head comprises a means for receiving and holding at least one cartridge, and wherein said cartridge comprises contents selected from one or more of: bio-ink and support material; a means for calibrating the position of at least one cartridge; and a means for dispensing the contents of at least one cartridge. Further described herein are methods for fabricating a tissue construct, comprising: a computer module receiving input of a visual representation of a desired tissue construct; a computer module generating a series of commands, wherein the commands are based on the visual representation and are readable by a bioprinter; a computer module providing the series of commands to a bioprinter; and the bioprinter depositing bio-ink and support material according to the commands to form a construct with a defined geometry.
PRINTING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A printing system and method direct a printing assembly to apply a first ink of a first color toward first areas of a machine-readable data representation on a corrugated material surface, and direct the printing assembly to apply a second ink of a second color toward second areas of the machine-readable data representation on the corrugated material surface. The second color of the second ink is different from the first color of the first ink. The first and second areas are not identical to each other. The printing assembly is directed to apply the first ink and to apply the second ink to form the machine-readable data representation for machine scanning of the machine-readable data representation while on the corrugated material surface.
PRINT MEDIUM FOR GENERATING PRINTHEAD ALIGNMENT DATA
A print medium having a calibration pattern printed thereon for generating alignment data for a printhead. The calibration pattern contains rows of spaced apart fiducials, each fiducial having a plurality of concentric shapes representing a Barker code.
MEASUREMENT METHOD OF NOZZLE OVERLAPPING WIDTH, AND INKJET RECORDING APPARATUS
A measurement method of nozzle overlapping width, in a main scanning direction intersecting a conveying direction of a recording medium, in an inkjet recording apparatus including a plurality of heads each having a plurality of nozzles that eject ink, includes a first step (S120), a second step (S130), and a third step (S140). The first step (S120) includes forming an image for measurement on the recording medium, using image data including combination patterns of droplet sizes, different with respect to each of blocks extending along the main scanning direction. The second step (S130) includes selecting the block having uniform density along the main scanning direction, in the image for measurement. The third step (S140) includes determining the nozzle overlapping width using a droplet size ratio adopted to form the image for measurement, on a basis of a position of the selected block.
Printing apparatus
A printing unit includes a plurality of ink jet parts and an X-axis linear motion mechanism that moves each of the plurality of ink jet parts in the same main scanning direction. The X-axis linear motion mechanism moves the ink jet part involved in printing the workpiece among the plurality of ink jet parts so as to face the surface of the workpiece and moves the remaining ink jet part on the one X-axis linear motion mechanism so as to retreat from the surface of the workpiece. As a result, a printing apparatus that is capable of printing accurately onto the workpiece having a three-dimensional curved surface is provided.
PRINTING DEVICE, PRINTING CONTROL METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
Disclosed is a printing device including: a first nozzle that ejects a first ink; a second nozzle that ejects a second ink; a third nozzle that ejects a third ink; and at least one processor that, upon performing alignment adjustment of one nozzle preparing one of the first nozzle and any of the second nozzle and the third nozzle for alignment pattern printing and the other of the first nozzle and any of the second nozzle and the third nozzle for auxiliary printing, controls to eject any of the first to third inks selected based on ejection information from among the second ink in the second cartridge and the third ink in the third cartridge, from any of the first to third nozzles for the alignment pattern printing or the auxiliary printing. The first ink, the second ink and the third ink have different colors from each other.
RECORDING APPARATUS AND RECORDING METHOD
A recording apparatus includes a recording unit, first and second holding units, and a generation unit. The recording unit records an image on a recording medium, conveyed in a second direction, by using recording elements arranged along a first direction. The generation unit generates first correction data based on an input recording job and image data and a first adjustment value indicating a conveyance position, in the first direction, of a recording medium from the first holding unit, and generates second correction data based on the recording job and the image data and a second adjustment value indicating a conveyance position, in the first direction, of a recording medium from the second holding unit.
