To provide a medical printer (100) that can cut a roll sheet (P) by pulling the roll sheet (P) in any of an up direction and a down direction. There is provided a medical printer including: a main body (102) that accommodates a roll sheet; a movable section (104) including a front panel (104A) that covers a front face, the movable section being capable of opening and closing against the main body; a first cutting section (130) provided on the movable section, and configured to cut the roll sheet ejected from an ejection port (110) defined by the main body and the movable section; and a slide section configured to slide the front panel or the first cutting section in a radial direction with respect to a rotation center of the movable section in accordance with open and closed states of the movable section.
LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS
There is provided a liquid discharge apparatus, including: a drive element configured to apply discharge energy to the liquid to discharge the liquid; signal generators configured to generate a plurality of types of drive signals having mutually different waveforms to drive the drive element; and drive switches electrically located between the signal generators and the drive element to correspond to the plurality of types of drive signals respectively. The drive switches include a first drive switch and a second drive switch which are different in ON-resistance.
Drive circuit for driving a capacitive load
A liquid discharge apparatus includes: a modulation circuit that generates a modulated signal by pulse-modulating a source signal; a transistor that amplifies the modulated signal to generate an amplified modulated signal; a low-pass filter that includes an inductor and a capacitor and smoothes the amplified modulated signal to generate a drive signal; a feedback circuit that returns the drive signal to the modulation circuit; a circuit board; a piezoelectric element that is displaced by application of the drive signal thereto. The circuit board has a first mounting surface and a second mounting surface. The capacitor and the feedback circuit are mounted and a first ground wiring connected to the capacitor and a second ground wiring connected to the feedback circuit are provided on the first mounting surface. At least one of the modulation circuit, the transistor, and the inductor is mounted on the second mounting surface.
Drive circuit unit, head unit, and liquid discharge apparatus
Provided is a drive circuit unit that drives a head including a discharge section discharging, based on a drive signal, a liquid from a nozzle in a first direction, the drive circuit unit including: a fan; and a power supply board disposed on a side in a second direction opposite to the first direction with respect to the head, supplying power to a drive circuit, and having a first surface on which the fan is mounted, in which a height of a first object, which is a highest of objects mounted on the first surface in a direction orthogonal to the first surface, is equal to or less than a length of the head in a transport direction, and the first surface is a surface parallel to the first direction or a surface oblique to the first direction.

There is provided a liquid discharge apparatus including: a print head; a substrate unit; and a control circuit that controls operations of the print head and the substrate unit, in which the print head includes a first discharge section that has a first piezoelectric element that is displaced by receiving a first driving signal and discharges a liquid by displacement of the first piezoelectric element, and a first connector, the substrate unit includes a second connector that is electrically coupled to the print head by being fitted to the first connector, a first drive circuit that outputs the first driving signal, a temperature sensor that acquires environmental temperature, and a wiring substrate provided with the first drive circuit and the temperature sensor, and the control circuit controls the first drive circuit and the print head based on the environmental temperature acquired by the temperature sensor.

There is provided a liquid discharge apparatus including: a first substrate and a second substrate are positioned such that the first substrate front surface and the second substrate front surface face each other along a fourth direction intersecting both a first direction and a second direction, the first drive circuit provided on the first substrate overlaps with at least a part of the second drive circuit provided on the first substrate, and a first integrated circuit included in the first drive circuit does not overlap with a second integrated circuit included in the second drive circuit, along the second direction, and the first drive circuit overlaps with at least a part of a third drive circuit provided on the second substrate, and the first integrated circuit included in the first drive circuit does not overlap with a third integrated circuit included in the third drive circuit, along the fourth direction.
