GLOVE WITH A LOCKED AND SUPPORTED CUFF
The glove includes a hand portion, a sleeve portion integral to the hand portion and extending conically outward, a cuff portion integral with the sleeve portion and extending conically outward, and a connection portion between the cuff portion and the sleeve portion. The cuff portion has an extended configuration and folded configuration. The connection portion includes an annular band includes a first ring, a second ring, and a protruding ring between the first and second rings. The protruding ring includes a first bulged rim, a second bulged rim, and a band portion between the first and second bulged rims. The connection portion is in a first hinged relationship with the sleeve portion at the first ring so as to lock the folded configuration, and a second hinged relationship of the connection portion with the cuff portion supports the folded configuration.
Patterned medical glove for use when taking a pulse
An ambidextrous or hand-specific glove including a wrist region, a palm region, and a digit region. The glove may be fabricated of nitrile rubber that is free of or essentially free of zinc, sulfur and accelerators to reduce allergic reactions in populations required to frequently wear protective gloves. A band region that partially or fully encircles a user's finger knuckles may be provided for easier finger bending. Texturing may be provided on glove surfaces that are used to grip articles. The tip regions on the front surface of the index and middle finger regions may be un-textured or smooth to enable a user to take a patient's pulse. These tip regions may be of reduced diameter and circumference so as to pull the glove material tightly around the tips of the user's finger so that even a faint pulse in a patient may be detected.
Protective device for use with a glove
A protective device for use in a high temperature and liquid environment provides a glove integrally formed with a protective member in the thumb webbing region. The protective member is not readily detectable when viewing the outside of the glove. The protective member is cut resistant and constructed to protect a workman's hand as a sharp and hot object passes over the protective member contacting the outer surface of the glove.
Protective glove for shielding penetrating radiation
The invention relates to a protective glove for shielding penetrating radiation, having a radiation-inhibiting layer which at least partially surrounds the protective glove and is situated directly on the protective glove or is incorporated into the protective glove. The radiation-inhibiting layer is situated substantially on the extensor side of the protective glove, and the radiation-inhibiting layer, in the region of the fingers, decreases in thickness towards the flexor sides of the fingers over the course of the transverse direction of extent.
GLOVE WITH FINGERTIP REGIONS HAVING A BULLET-TIP CONFIGURATION
An ambidextrous or hand-specific glove including a wrist region, a palm region, and a digit region. The glove may be fabricated of nitrile rubber that is free of or essentially free of zinc, sulfur and accelerators to reduce allergic reactions in populations required to frequently wear protective gloves. A band region that partially or fully encircles a user's finger knuckles may be provided for easier finger bending. Texturing may be provided on glove surfaces that are used to grip articles. The fingertip regions on the front surface of the index and middle finger regions may be un-textured or smooth to enable a user to take a patient's pulse. These fingertip regions may be of reduced or smaller diameter and circumference so as to pull the glove material tightly around the tips of the user's finger and thereby applying pressure thereto so that even a faint pulse in a patient may be detected.
GLOVE WITH FINGERTIP REGIONS OF A REDUCED CIRCUMFERENCE
MEDICAL RADIATION ATTENUATION NATURAL RUBBER THIN FILMS, METHODS OF MAKING AND ARTICLES MADE THEREWITH
Medical radiation attenuation thin films, methods of making the same, and articles such as gloves made therefrom, are disclosed. The thin films utilize guayule natural rubber, sulfur and an attenuation filler such as Bi.sub.2O.sub.3. The films mix the guayule natural rubber, sulfur and attenuation filler and cure the mixture at about 80 to about 105 C. for about 40 to about 90 minutes.
COMB FOR RECEIVING STYLING TOOLS
Disclosed herein are embodiments and features of hair styling systems and tools. In one embodiment, a hair styling system comprises a glove, the glove comprising a palm portion with a thumb portion and finger portions extending therefrom, and at least one mounting sleeve on an exterior surface of at least one of the finger portions; and a styling attachment. The styling attachment may comprise a base having a distal end and a proximal end, a receiver on the distal end of the base for receiving a styling tool onto the base, and a coupler for attaching the styling attachment into the at least one mounting sleeve.
Low Friction Glove for Easy Double Gloving
An elastomeric article includes a first surface and a second surface which is treated with a friction treatment. The elastomeric article can be a glove in which the first surface is an inner donning surface and the second surface is an outer grip surface. The friction treatment reduces friction on the grip surface of the gloves in order to make it easier to don a second glove on top of the grip surface of the gloves of the present invention. The gloves of the present invention may be used as a first pair of gloves in a double-gloving configuration to conform with safety protocols.
Glove with fingertip regions having a bullet-tip configuration

The glove may be fabricated of nitrile rubber that is free of or essentially free of zinc, sulfur and accelerators to reduce allergic reactions in populations required to frequently wear protective gloves. A band region that partially or fully encircles a user's finger knuckles may be provided for easier finger bending. Texturing may be provided on glove surfaces that are used to grip articles.
