Liquid container and liquid ejecting apparatus
To supply a liquid at a stable concentration, a liquid container includes a liquid container bag which contains a liquid, a spacer member which is disposed inside the liquid container bag, liquid introducing portions which are disposed in the spacer member and introduce the liquid, a liquid delivery member which is fixed to one end portion of the liquid container bag and delivers the liquid introduced from the liquid introducing portions to a liquid ejecting apparatus, and a low rigidity portion which changes heights of the liquid introducing portions along with deformation of the liquid container bag.
CARTRIDGE AND PRINTER
There is provided a cartridge for storing and dispensing liquid for use with an inkjet printer, the cartridge comprising: a collapsible reservoir enclosing an internal space for storage of the liquid, wherein: the reservoir comprises a first wall portion and a second wall portion, the first wall portion defining a first region of the internal space, the second wall portion defining a second region of the internal space, the first region and the second region being in fluid communication with each another; and the first wall portion and the second wall portion are configured such that at least a part of the second wall portion collapses more easily than the first wall portion when the liquid is withdrawn from the reservoir; an outlet configured to dispense the liquid; and a holder configured to receive an electronic data storage device, wherein the holder is provided on the first wall portion.
PRINTABLE LIQUID SUPPLY CARTRIDGES
A printable liquid supply cartridge includes a printable liquid reservoir extending between a first side and a second side, and between a front end and a rear end. The front end includes a printable liquid outlet to receive a first fluid pen and a gas inlet, above the printable liquid outlet, to receive a second fluid pen. The front end also includes an interface support at the first side, the support having an I2C data interface that includes electrical connection pads exposed on an interior side of the support to face from the first side towards the second side, the electrical connection pads being arranged vertically and to make contact with the printer data interface at least partially inserted into the second portion.
SEALED BAG TO TEMPORARILY EXPAND AND RECEIVE FLUID THAT WOULD OTHERWISE DROOL DURING AN EXCEPTIONAL DROOLING EVENT
A fluid-ejection device includes a reservoir, a printhead, and a sealed bag. The reservoir is to hold fluid. The printhead is to eject the fluid from the device. The sealed bag is fluidically coupled to the reservoir and is to temporarily expand and receive the fluid that would otherwise drool from the printhead during an exceptional drooling event.
Spouts with angled clamp flanges for a print liquid supply
In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a spout for a print liquid reservoir is described. The spout includes a sleeve having an opening through which print liquid passes. A first flange extends outward from the sleeve to affix the spout to the print liquid reservoir. A second flange extends outward from the sleeve to sit on a wall a container in which the print liquid reservoir is disposed. The spout also includes an angled clamp flange having an angled surface and a straight surface opposite the angled surface. The angled clamp flange is to affix the spout to the container.
Printing fluid supplies with displays and nearfield communications
A print supply, the print supply to connect to a printing device to provide a print material to the printing device that includes a fluidic bag within a box to maintain a print material supply, a machine and human readable fluid gauge system that includes a microprocessor to transfer print material level information describing a level of print material within the bag, and a gauge display to represent the level of print material within the bag, and a near field communication device to transfer data describing a level of print material within the print liquid supply.
EJECTION-MATERIAL EJECTION APPARATUS AND IMPRINTING APPARATUS
An ejection-material ejection apparatus and an imprinting apparatus are provided which are capable of quickly detecting damage of a flexible membrane and avoiding contact between an ejection material and an operating liquid even if part of the flexible membrane is damaged. The flexible membrane includes a first film (1) covering a first storing space (5) for the ejection material, a second film (2) covering a second storing space (6) for the operating liquid, and an inter-film space 4 situated between the first film (1) and the second film (2). A change in state of the inter-film space (4) resulting from communication between at least one of the first storing space (5) and the second storing space (6) and the inter-film space (4) is detected with a liquid sensor (41), a flow speed sensor (77), and a liquid leakage sensor (42).
LIQUID CONTAINER AND LIQUID EJECTION SYSTEM
There is provided a technology which can improve the mounting posture of a liquid ejection apparatus when mounted to a liquid container. The liquid container is flexible and includes a storage portion configured to store the liquid and a connection member. The connection member is provided with a liquid outlet which is inserted with a liquid introduction portion, a container-side electrical connector which makes electrical contact with an apparatus-side electrical connection unit while receive at least +Z direction force from the apparatus-side electrical connection unit, a first receiver configured to receive a first positioning portion, a second receiver configured to receive a second positioning portion, and a recess which houses a protrusion of the case. The recess and the container-side electrical connector are formed at positions which at least partially overlap each other when viewed from a Z direction in a mounting state. In the mounting state, the width of the liquid container in the Z directions is larger than the width in the Y directions and the width in the X directions.
Liquid container, mounting body, and liquid ejecting apparatus
A liquid container includes a liquid containing portion containing a liquid, a liquid supply port through which the liquid of the liquid containing portion flows out, a container-side electrical coupling portion that is disposed on the −X direction side of the liquid supply port, a first receiving portion that is disposed on the −X direction side of the liquid supply port, and that is configured to receive insertion of a first positioning portion provided in the liquid ejecting apparatus, a second receiving portion that is disposed on the +X direction side of the liquid supply port, and that is configured to receive insertion of a second positioning portion provided in the liquid ejecting apparatus, and a third receiving portion configured to receive insertion of a third positioning portion provided in the liquid ejecting apparatus, on the +Y direction side of the liquid containing portion.
LOGIC CIRCUITRY
