Intelligent Intervention Method Based on Integrated TPMS
20170182999 · 2017-06-29 ·

An intelligent intervention method based on an integrated tire pressure monitoring system includes monitoring a tire pressure and a tire temperature of a vehicle, and monitoring, a wheel speed of the vehicle; transmitting the tire pressure, the tire temperature and the wheel speed to a host; judging in real time whether the vehicle is in a normal status or in an abnormal status, via integrating the tire pressure, the tire temperature and the wheel speed; producing a deviation signal, when the tire pressure, the tire temperature and the wheel speed deviate from normal thresholds and transmitting the deviation signal to an intelligent intervention system; and performing intelligent intervention to slow down the vehicle in a straight line until the vehicle stops, when the deviation signal is received. The method enables the vehicle to run safely until stopping even in case of tire blowout, so as to prevent rollover or collision.

MOUNTING PATCH FOR A TIRE
20170059435 · 2017-03-02 ·

A rubber patch, which is useable for mounting an active electronic component to a tire, is described. The rubber patch includes a base having a connecting face and support face. The connecting face is substantially planar and is intended to be fixed to an internal surface of the tire. The support face is opposite the connecting face and is arranged to support the active electronic component. The rubber patch further includes a passive label arranged between the connecting face and the support face. The passive label is for identifying the tire and is provided with a memory for storing a unique identification data item pertaining to the tire. A corresponding tire monitoring system, which is configured to read at least the identification data item pertaining to the tire, also is described.

VEHICLE TIRE DETECTION DEVICE

The present application discloses a vehicle tire detection device, including a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensor, an antenna matching network, and a terminal antenna. The TPMS sensor uses ASK/OOK/FSK transmission technology with a data transmission rate greater than 20 kbps. The TPMS sensor is connected to the terminal antenna through the antenna matching network. The terminal antenna is one of a valve stem, a metal base, or a tire rim.

A duplex Bluetooth transmission tire pressure system is provided. The duplex Bluetooth transmission tire pressure system includes a host, a plural of Bluetooth tire pressure detectors and a plural of vehicle transceivers; the host is electrically connected to the plural of vehicle transceivers; the plural of vehicle transceivers and the plural of Bluetooth tire pressure detectors are Bluetooth duplex packet transmitted. The plural of Bluetooth tire pressure detectors includes a locating program and a tire condition program. The host commands the vehicle transceiver to transmit a Bluetooth controlling packet to the plural of Bluetooth tire pressure detectors to operate or stop the locating program and limit the tire condition program.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR COMMUNICATING BETWEEN AN ELECTRONIC MODULE AND A REMOTE CONTROL DEVICE

A device, a system and a method for two-way communication between an electronic module from among a plurality of electronic modules and a remote control device. The method includes: transmitting, by the remote control device, which includes at least two switchable directional antennas having different transmission directions, a command through its at least two switchable directional antennas intended for the plurality of electronic modules; and identifying an electronic module from among the plurality of electronic modules that is identified as being opposite the remote control device, with the communication only being established between the remote control device and the electronic module from among the plurality of electronic modules that is identified as being opposite the remote control device.

Communication method for a pressure monitoring system

A communication method for a monitoring system including a wheel unit intended to communicate with an electronic control unit by way of Bluetooth Low Energy communication in order to establish two-way communication between the wheel unit and the electronic control unit. The wheel unit being able to transmit periodic signals of short duration to attempt to connect to the electronic control unit. The electronic control unit being able to acknowledge the periodic signals by transmitting a frame of radiofrequency signals to the wheel unit. The method includes automatically adapting the radiofrequency transmission power of the wheel unit when the wheel unit is in advertising mode, during which the wheel unit transmits signals of variable radiofrequency power so as to determine a minimum radiofrequency power starting from which the electronic control unit is capable of acknowledging at least one signal by transmitting a frame of radiofrequency signals to the wheel unit.
