MULTILAYERED GLOVE FOR STEAM IRONING
A multilayered heat-resistant glove for steam ironing has nine layers. A first layer of cotton; a second layer of foam; a third layer of felt; a fourth layer of aluminum foil; a fifth layer of bubble wrap; a sixth layer of aluminum foil; a seventh layer of felt; an eighth layer of foam; a ninth layer of cotton; and an elastic loop configured to receive a finger, the elastic loop is coupled to the first layer.
ANTI-OFF AND ANTI-SLIP TEMPERATURE-RESISTANT SILICONE GLOVE WITH TIGHTENING FUNCTION
An anti-off and anti-slip temperature-resistant silicone glove with a tightening function includes a silicone glove main body and a wrist sleeve which are closely connected by technical processing, the wrist sleeve is provided with a magic tape which has one magic tape male face sewn on the upper surface of the wrist sleeve and two magic tape female faces, the wrist sleeve is provided with an opening at which edge covering lining cloth is sewn. The anti-off and anti-slip temperature-resistant silicone glove with the tightening function is simple in structure and convenient to use, and the degree of tightness can be adjusted according to the thickness of an arm to meet demands of different people and avoid the risk of scalding. When not being used, a tightening band can be stuck back to the surface of the wrist sleeve without influence on use.
Customizable Oven Mitt with a Temperature Sensor and Speaker
A customizable oven mitt is provided. The customizable oven mitt includes a front panel and a rear panel joined to form a mitt having a wrist opening, a closed ended thumb pocket, and a closed ended finger pocket. The mitt is composed of a heat resistant material that protects the wearer from hot objects. The exterior of the mitt includes a plurality of hook and loop fasteners or similar fasteners that allow decorative accessory components to be secured to the mitt. Additionally, the mitt includes an internal battery power supply operably connected to a temperature sensor and a speaker. When the temperature sensor detects the mitt contacting an object that is above a threshold temperature, the speaker emits an audible alert, notifying the wearer and surrounding individuals.
PROTECTIVE DEVICE FOR USE WITH A GLOVE
A color splash effect is established by a darker backdrop color of an outer surface of a liquid proof and heat resistant glove in the event that a portion of the glove ruptures or fails. The color splash effect is accomplished by a lighter and brighter color being visible through the rupture in the glove. The lighter and brighter color may be formed on or as part of a protective member positioned beneath the outer layer. The protective member also protects the wearer against sharp objects contacting the outer layer of the glove and moving over the protective member. Some embodiments provide that the protective member is in a thumb crotch region of the glove.
Protective fire glove
A fire protective glove includes a palm portion and a back portion. The palm portion includes a polymer impregnated layer constructed of aramid fibers, leather, or a combination thereof; and a palm moisture barrier layer that is interior to the polymer impregnated layer, the palm moisture barrier layer being constructed of polyurethane, polytetrafluroethylene, aramid fibers, or a combination thereof. The back portion includes a first back protective layer constructed of aramid fibers, leather, or a combination thereof; and a second back protective layer that is interior to the first back protective layer, the second back protective layer being constructed of aramid fibers, modacrylic, or a combination thereof.
Supporting glove and method for manufacturing the supporting glove
A supporting glove includes a glove base element made of fiber material, a resin coating applied to at least a part of an outer surface of the glove base element, and an inner glove made of fiber material provided inside the glove base element, wherein a relational expression of d.sub.2<d.sub.1 is satisfied, where d.sub.1 is a volume fraction of solid contents per unit volume of the glove base element, and d.sub.2 is a volume fraction of solid contents per unit volume of the inner glove.
Clothing article with integrated thermal regulation system
Implementations of a clothing article with an integrated thermal regulation system are provided. An example clothing article with an integrated thermal regulation system is configured to heat a portion of a wearer's body by transferring heat from a warmer first region of the body (e.g., the calf portion of the leg or wrist portion of the arm) to a cooler second region (e.g., the plantar side of the toes or the dorsal side of the fingers). The transfer of heat is facilitated by a thermally conductive fluid that flows between a first thermal transfer bag in heat exchange contact with the warmer first region of the wearer's body and a second thermal transfer bag that is in heat exchange contact with the cooler second region. The thermal transfer bags being held in position by the clothing article into which they have been integrated.
GLOVE
A glove (1) and glove liner (4) is provided, the glove liner (4) comprising a palm portion (11a) and a finger portion (11b); the finger portion (11b) comprising finger sheaths; the liner (4) further comprising a plurality of insulating layers (6,8,10), and the plurality of insulating layers comprising a first insulating layer (6), a second insulating layer (8) and a third insulating layer (10), wherein the first insulating layer (6) extends substantially across the palm portion (11a) and the finger portion (11b), the second insulating layer (8) extends across at least a part of the finger portion (11b), and the third insulating layer (10) extends across at least a part of at least one finger sheath of the finger portion (11b).
Protective device for use with a glove
A protective device for use in a high temperature and liquid environment provides a glove integrally formed with a protective member in the thumb webbing region. The protective member is not readily detectable when viewing the outside of the glove. The protective member is cut resistant and constructed to protect a workman's hand as a sharp and hot object passes over the protective member contacting the outer surface of the glove.
Glove thermal protection system
A construction for a glove or other article of clothing for use in hazardous environments is disclosed, comprising a first layer comprising a laminate that includes an inner layer comprising a woven, nonwoven, or knit material, an intermediate layer comprising a barrier to the passage therethrough of liquids that overlies the inner layer, and a thermal layer affixed to and overlying the intermediate layer in at least a portion of a bridge area. The thermal layer is approximately 0.30 mm thick. The construction also includes a second layer attached to and overlying the first layer to form an outer portion for the glove or other article of clothing. The first layer and the second layer combined provides a thermal protection performance (TPP) of at least approximately 75% greater than a reference combination of the first and the second layer that does not include the thermal layer.
