GOLF GLOVE CONSTRUCTION
Golf gloves having a modified construction for ease of manufacture and improved flexibility, comfort and fit are provided. In one preferred embodiment, the glove contains seamless gussets provided between finger stalls. Preferably, the seamless gussets are made using a single piece of material sewn between the finger stalls of the glove. Additionally, the golf glove construction may include a palm piece that forms the palm of the golf glove, including the palm side of the finger stalls and also wraps around the finger stall for the index finger of the golfer to for the back of the index finger stall too. The golf glove construction may also feature a back piece that covers the back of the hand except for the finger stall for the index finger and an elastic knuckle region. A bridge may connect a back portion with the back finger portions of the back piece to reduce over stretching of an elastic knuckle region of the glove.
FLEXIBLE GRIPS
The invention provides a flexible grip for use in weightlifting and weight bearing exercises. More particularly, the flexible grips herein mold to a user's hands and enable secure grip of weights, bars with weights and bars for pulling or lifting.
Glove for conforming to hands of various sizes
A glove has a palm side and a back side joined at a side edge to form a glove body. The palm side and the back side are constructed from, a stretch material. Panels attach to the stretch material on the palm side to form finger parts, palm parts and a back part. The panels are separated from each other by the stretch material to allow relative movement. Elastic bands attached to the panels on the back side adjust the fit. A thumb part has a gusset of the stretch material. Grip surfaces have an embossed texture with indentations.
Glove with fingertip regions having a different appearance to a rest of the glove
An ambidextrous or hand-specific glove including a wrist region, a palm region, and a digit region. The glove may be fabricated of nitrile rubber that is free of or essentially free of zinc, sulfur and accelerators to reduce allergic reactions in populations required to frequently wear protective gloves. A band region that partially or fully encircles a user's finger knuckles may be provided for easier finger bending. Texturing may be provided on glove surfaces that are used to grip articles. The fingertip regions on the front surface of the index and middle finger regions may be un-textured or smooth to enable a user to take a patient's pulse. These fingertip regions may be of reduced or smaller diameter and circumference so as to pull the glove material tightly around the tips of the user's finger and thereby applying pressure thereto so that even a faint pulse in a patient may be detected.
ANTI-MICROBIAL GLOVE
An anti-microbial glove is presented that includes a palm side and a back-side joined to the palm-side. A thenar panel on the palm-side extends into an index finger part, a middle finger part, a ring finger part, and a pinky finger part. A thumb panel on the palm-side extends into a thumb part. A wrist panel is attached to a first portion of the thumb panel and to a first portion of the thenar panel on the palm-side, at least a section of the wrist panel being attached to the back-side of the glove. A gusset joins the palm-side to the back-side. Anti-microbial materials are disposed on the palm-side and the back-side preventing the spreading and collection of microogranisms and/or viruses on the palm-side and back-side.
PROTECTIVE GLOVE WITH ENHANCED EXTERIOR SECTIONS
A protective glove includes a primary yarn that forms the palm, thumb and finger sections of the glove. The primary yarn has an interior surface forming the interior surface of the glove, and an exterior surface forming the exterior surface of the glove. A plaiting yarn can be plaited to portions of the exterior surface of the primary yarn to form a plurality of enhanced sections on the exterior surface of the glove. The enhanced sections can have at least one substantially enhanced physical characteristic in relation to the primary layer.
MOLDED FINGER COVERS
A molded finger cover and method for fabricating a finger cover designed to improve user tactility and dexterity when worn on its own or included as part of a glove. Grip Regulating Sports Glove Assembly
A grip regulating sports glove assembly for enforcing a proper grip to a shaft of a swinging device includes a glove and a block. The glove is selectively positionable over a hand of a user. The block is engaged to a palmar face glove so that the block extends substantially across metacarpophalangeal joints of the hand. The block is substantially wedge shaped and tapers from a first side to a second side. The first side is positioned proximate to fingers of the glove and abuts the shaft of the swinging device, such as a bat, a club, racket, and the like, that is gripped in the hand. The block forces proper gripping of the shaft in the hand.
