VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat of the present disclosure includes a seat cushion; a seatback; a sliding device; a first locking mechanism configured to restrict a sliding movement of a seat main body; a tip-up mechanism configured to rotationally displace the seat cushion upwardly from an occupiable position in conjunction with a frontward rotational movement of the seatback; a second locking mechanism configured to restrict a sliding movement of the seat main body when an elevation angle of the seat cushion exceeds a preset angle, and remove the restriction when the elevation angle is equal to or below a preset removal angle; and a first restrictor configured to restrict the elevation angle from being equal to or below the removal angle when the tip-up mechanism is activated.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat in the present disclosure includes a seat cushion; a seatback; a sliding device configured to slidably support a seat main body that includes the seat cushion and the seatback; a first locking mechanism configured to restrict a sliding movement of the seat main body when the seat cushion and the seatback are placed in an occupiable state; a tip-up mechanism configured to rotationally displace the seat cushion in conjunction with a frontward tilting movement of the seatback; and a second locking mechanism configured to restrict a sliding movement of the seat main body when an elevation angle of the seat cushion exceeds a preset angle by an operation of the tip-up mechanism.
Seat slide device
A seat slide device that can adjust sliding resistance of sliding of an upper rail with respect to a lower rail in an unlock state is provided. The seat slide device is provided in a vehicle and includes a lower rail fixed to a floor of a vehicle, an upper rail fixed to a seat of the vehicle and supported to be capable of sliding with respect to the lower rail, a lock mechanism configured to switch a lock state in which movement of the upper rail is restricted and an unlock state in which the movement of the upper rail is allowed, and an adjusting mechanism configured to adjust sliding resistance of sliding of the upper rail with respect to the lower rail in the unlock state.
Seat rail for vehicle
The present disclosure relates to a seat rail for a vehicle having a lever shaft configured to be integrally combined with bracket flanges, whereby shaking of a release lever in the forward/backward and leftward/rightward directions may be reduced. When the release lever is rotated in a restoring direction thereof by an elastic force of a lever spring, lever flanges make contact with a locking mounting bracket and a restoring rotation of the release lever stops. In addition, an end portion of the lever spring may be held by and fixed to the release lever so as to improve operability of a locking pin.
TRACK SYSTEM HAVING A ROLLING MEMBER
A support member may be configured for selective connection with and removal from track assemblies. A support member may include a body and a rolling member rotatably connected to the body to facilitate movement of the support member along a track. The rolling member may include a grooved configuration to limit movement of the support member relative to said track in a Y-direction. The rolling member may include a groove configured to engage a protrusion or ridge of said track. The rolling member may include a first portion and a second portion separated in an axial direction by the groove.
TRACK ASSEMBLY
A track assembly includes a track and/or a support assembly. The support assembly may be configured for connection with the track. The support assembly may include a housing, a support member, an actuator, a rod, a latch, and/or an engagement portion. The engagement portion may extend from the latch. The engagement portion may be configured to selectively engage an inner surface of the track. The housing may include a longitudinal axis and/or the actuator may be configured to rotate about the longitudinal axis. The latch may include a first position, a second position, and/or a third position. When the latch is in the third position, the engagement portion may be configured not to engage the track. The engagement portion may be configured to contact the track when the latch is in the first position.
Sliding device
Provided is a sliding device. The sliding device includes a fixed rail, a movable rail, a rack, a pinion, a locking mechanism that restricts sliding of the movable rail, and a gear mechanism. The gear mechanism includes multiple gears and transmits a rotation generated in an electric motor to the pinion. The gear mechanism is configured such that the pinion is capable of rotating more than a specified angle of rotation when the electric motor is in a stopped state.
Track assembly
A track assembly includes a track, a support member, and/or a lever. The support member may be connected to the track, and/or the lever may be connected to the support member. The lever may include a rotational axis substantially parallel to the track. The lever may rotate about the rotational axis between a first position and a second position. The lever may limit movement of the support member relative to the track in a first direction, and/or the lever may not limit movement of the support member relative to the track in a second direction. The lever may be configured to contact the track. The track may include a window having a first edge and/or a second edge.
Entry/exit support structure of vehicle seat
An entry/exit support structure of a vehicle seat has: a side support portion that is provided in a seat transverse direction of a seat cushion, and that is displaced in a seat vertical direction; a seat sliding mechanism that supports the seat cushion to slide in a seat front-rear direction, and that has a locking device restricting sliding of the seat cushion in the seat front-rear direction; and a side support portion restricting mechanism having a release operation portion. In a state in which the release operation portion is positioned at a lock position, displacement of the side support portion in the seat vertical direction is restricted. In a state in which the release operation portion is positioned at a release position, displacement of the side support portion in the seat vertical direction is permitted and sliding of the seat cushion in the seat front-rear direction is permitted.
BLOCKING AND CONTACT SYSTEM FOR THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION OF AN ON-BOARD POWER SUPPLY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE TO A REMOVABLE VEHICLE SEAT OR A SEAT SYSTEM
A blocking and contact system for an electrical connection of an on-board power supply of a motor vehicle to a vehicle seat or a seat system that is blockable, removable, and longitudinally displaceable. Such a system is of structurally simple construction, and facilitates a rapid and automatic electrical connection in every position without additional control by a user.
