TRACK ASSEMBLY
A track assembly includes a track and/or a support member. The track may include a first ramped portion and/or a second ramped portion. The support member may include a rolling member. A first side of the rolling member may include a first contact portion, and/or a second side of the rolling member may include a second contact portion. The support member may be configured to move along the track via rotation of the rolling member. The first contact portion and/or the second contact portion may be configured to contact the first ramped portion and/or the second ramped portion. The rolling member may include a flange that may be configured to engage an inner portion of the track. The inner portion may be substantially vertical. The track may include an opening that may be disposed between the inner portion and/or a second inner portion of the track.
Seat track
A seat track includes a stopper. The stopper includes a hole formed in a first rail and a stopper main body that projects in a direction of intersecting with a relative sliding direction of a second rail from an edge portion of the hole and is configured to restrict a move of a retainer. When a distance between centers of two steel balls disposed at both ends in the relative sliding direction of the second rail is L1 among steel balls and a distance between inner walls of the hole in the relative sliding direction of the second rail is L2, L1L2.
SPRING ASSEMBLY FOR AN UNLOCKING MECHANISM FOR A LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE SEAT AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING A SPRING ASSEMBLY
A spring assembly (1) is provided for an unlocking mechanism for a longitudinal adjustment system for a vehicle seat. The spring assembly (1) includes a clip wire (2), a spring guide (3) and a leg spring (4). In an installed state, the spring guide (3) can be disposed or is disposed in an axially movable but not rotatable manner on a straight first clip section (2.1) of the clip wire (2). The spring guide (3) can be brought or is brought into an operating state, in which it is rotatable with respect to the first clip section (2.1), via an axial movement on the first clip section (2.1). A method is further provided for installing a spring assembly (1) in an unlocking mechanism for a longitudinal adjustment system for a vehicle seat.
Seat for vehicles
The present invention has an object to provide a seat for vehicles in which a seat cushion flip-up mechanism can be space-saving. In a seat for vehicles which has a flip-up mechanism to shift a seat cushion frame (200) disposed on a base part (5) from a normal seating posture (200-1) to a flipped-up posture (200-2), the flip-up mechanism includes: a support leg part (301) having one end connected to the seat cushion frame (200) rotatably around a first rotation shaft (303) and the other end connected to the base part (5) rotatably around a second rotation shaft (302); a guide part (201a) to be engaged with the one end of the support leg part (301) to guide the one end so as to lift the one end; and a coil spring (305) applying a biasing force so as to have the one end guided by the guide part (201a) and flip up a portion (303) connected with the seat cushion frame (200).
Seat device
A seat moves along a rail in the front-back direction of a vehicle. A juxtaposed member (receiving member) extending in the front-back direction of the vehicle is joined to a floor or the seat so as to be located next to the rail. A detected portion is provided either to the juxtaposed member or to a member which is located on the floor side or the seat side which moves relative to the floor or the seat to which the juxtaposed member is coupled. A sensor that detects the detected portion is provided either to the juxtaposed member or to the member located on the floor side or the seat side. As a result of this configuration, the installation position of the sensor is less spatially restricted than the case in which the sensor is provided to the rail.
Seat slide device
A seat slide device that can change sliding resistance when a seat is made to slide in accordance with a situation is provided. A seat slide device includes a lower rail fixed to a floor of a vehicle and an upper rail fixed to a seat of the vehicle and supported to be movable with respect to the lower rail. On the upper rail, a sliding member in contact with the slid surface of the lower rail from above is provided and configured such that the sliding resistance borne by the sliding member when the upper rail is moved is changed by a load in a vertical direction borne by the seat.
SEAT RAIL FOR VEHICLE
The present disclosure relates to a seat rail for a vehicle. By using a stopper part of a locking mounting bracket, which is one commonly-used part, the seat rail for a vehicle having a towel bar inhibits a misoperation of a release lever due to the feet of a rear seat passenger by inhibiting interference of the feet of the passenger with the release lever and inhibits deformation of the towel bar when the towel bar is pressed down.
SEAT RAIL FOR VEHICLE
The present disclosure relates to a seat rail for a vehicle having a lever shaft configured to be integrally combined with bracket flanges, whereby shaking of a release lever in the forward/backward and leftward/rightward directions may be reduced. When the release lever is rotated in a restoring direction thereof by an elastic force of a lever spring, lever flanges make contact with a locking mounting bracket and a restoring rotation of the release lever stops. In addition, an end portion of the lever spring may be held by and fixed to the release lever so as to improve operability of a locking pin.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR LOCKING DEVICES FOR A VEHICLE SEAT, TRACK MECHANISM, AND VEHICLE SEAT ASSEMBLY
A control system for locking devices for vehicle seats comprising a chassis and an element mobile along a straight direction relative to the chassis and a first pivoting arm. A first end of the first pivoting arm is fixed to the mobile element of the linear actuator. A second end of the first pivoting arm is adapted to push, respectively pull, a first pin of a first locking device when the mobile element of the linear actuator is moved relative to the chassis, in order to control locking or unlocking of the first locking device.
