SLIDE DEVICE FOR VEHICLE SEAT
According to one embodiment, a vehicle-seat slide device includes a rail to be fixed to a floor, the rail extending in a vehicle front-back direction; a slider slidably attached to the rail and fixed to a seat; a lock member being movable between a lock position at which the slider is locked to one of slide positions on the rail and a lock release position at which the slider is released from being locked to the rail; a support member fixed to the slider; and an operational member supported by the support member to be rotatable about a rotational center extending in a vehicle lateral direction. The operational member receives an input from an input member to rotate in a first rotational direction around the rotational center to thereby move the lock member from the lock position to the lock release position.
Seat rail for vehicle
The present disclosure relates to a seat rail for a vehicle having a lever shaft configured to be integrally combined with bracket flanges, whereby shaking of a release lever in the forward/backward and leftward/rightward directions may be reduced. When the release lever is rotated in a restoring direction thereof by an elastic force of a lever spring, lever flanges make contact with a locking mounting bracket and a restoring rotation of the release lever stops. In addition, an end portion of the lever spring may be held by and fixed to the release lever so as to improve operability of a locking pin.
Passenger support
A passenger support includes a vehicle seat and a foundation frame having a lower track and an upper track. The lower track is coupled to a floor of a vehicle in a fixed position relative the floor. The vehicle seat is coupled to the upper track to slide back and forth relative to the lower track.
Releasing lever for sliding device
A releasing lever for a sliding device in one aspect of the present disclosure is used for the sliding device including a movable rail and a fixed rail. The releasing lever includes a first protrusion and a second protrusion. The first protrusion is formed in an intermediate portion of the releasing lever and protrudes in an abutting direction on a first end of the intermediate portion. The second protrusion is formed in a position offset from the first protrusion toward a second end of the intermediate portion, and protrudes in the abutting direction. The first protrusion and the second protrusion contact an inside wall surface of the movable rail at least when the releasing lever pivots.
Seat-track assembly
A seat-track assembly is provided and may include a first track member having a series of locking features and a second track member slidably supported by the first track member. The seat-track assembly may also include a locking mechanism having locking pawls movable between a locked state engaged with the locking features to restrict relative movement between the first and second track members and an unlocked state disengaged from the locking features to permit relative movement between the first and second track members. The locking pawls may each include locking elements that are received within respective ones of the series of locking features in the locked state such that the locking elements restrict relative movement between the first track member and the second track member in two directions when the locking pawls are in the locked state.
Longitudinal adjuster for a vehicle seat, and vehicle seat
A longitudinal adjuster (10) for a vehicle seat (1), has pairs of rails (12a, 12b) including a lower rail (14a) and an upper rail (14b) that are movable in a longitudinal direction (x) relative to one another and can be locked together by a locking device (16). An actuating device (18) has a transmission rod (22) arranged between the two locking devices. A hand grip (20), connected to the transmission rod, is provided for joint actuation of the two locking devices. The transmission rod is operatively connected to the two locking devices. A spring element (30), which applies a spring force to the actuating device toward a rest position or passive position, does not project beyond the locking device in the vertical direction (z). The spring element applies a torque to the transmission rod along the longitudinal extent thereof relative to the longitudinal direction (x).
Seat sliding device
Provided is a seat sliding device. The seat sliding device comprises a fixed-side rail, a movable-side rail, a lock portion, an elastically deforming portion, and a releasing member. The lock portion is displaceable between a restraint position and a release position. The elastically deforming portion comprises: a linear portion that is an elastically deformable portion extending in a direction approximately parallel to a longitudinal direction of the movable-side rail; and an engaging portion protruding from an extending-direction leading end portion of the linear portion in a direction approximately perpendicular to an extending direction of the linear portion. The releasing member comprises: a first engaged surface that is contactable with the engaging portion from one end side in the extending direction; and a second engaged surface that is contactable with the engaging portion from the other end side in the extending-direction.
Longitudinal adjuster and vehicle seat
A longitudinal adjuster (10) for a vehicle seat (1), including at least one rail pair which is formed from a first seat rail (12) and a second seat rail (14), the seat rails (12, 14) of the rail pair encompassing one another and being movable relative to one another in the longitudinal direction (x) and being able to be locked to one another via a locking device (16), the locking device (16) having at least one locking element, in particular at least one latching plate (18) which is movable in the vertical direction (z), the longitudinal adjuster (10) having an additional locking means (30) which is normally inoperative and is actuated only in the event of a crash by mass inertia. A vehicle seat (1), in particular a motor vehicle seat, includes a seat part (2) and a longitudinal adjuster (10).
SEAT SLIDING DEVICE FOR VEHICLES
A seat sliding device for vehicles includes lower and upper rails and a locking member for locking or unlocking the upper rail relative to the lower rail. The upper rail is equipped at a lower end of its downward side wall portion with a lower inward corner portion formed of a raised wall portion and a bottom wall portion. The locking member has an axial portion that is placed on and biased against the lower inward corner portion of the upper rail such that the locking member is swingable about an axis of the axial portion to lock or unlock the upper rail relative to the lower rail. This seat sliding device makes it possible to reduce the number of parts and improve operation stability of the locking member.
Vehicle seat sliding device
A vehicle seat sliding device includes a lower rail, an upper rail, a lock lever, a spring, and an operation handle. A first through hole and a second through hole which are separated from each other in a longitudinal direction of the upper rail are formed in the upper rail. The lock lever further has a first engaging part which abuts on an inner wall surface of the first through hole and a second engaging part which abuts on an inner wall surface of the second through hole. At least while the lock lever is rotated by the operation handle, the first engaging part is engaged by the first through hole, and the second engaging part is engaged by the second through hole.
