The biasing member is formed of a bar-shaped member and includes a front acting portion configured to come in contact with the front end of the lever member to bias the front end of the lever member upward, a rear acting portion configured to come in contact with the rear end of the lever member to bias the rear end of the lever member upward, and an intermediate support portion formed between the front acting portion and the rear acting portion and engaged with a engaging portion formed in the upper rail. The engaging portion supports the intermediate support portion at a position rearward of a turning center of the lever member (shaft member).

Rail and vehicle seat

A vehicle seat longitudinal adjuster (106) includes a seat track pair (1) with a lower seat track (2) and an upper seat track (4) that mutually engage one another for guided relative and longitudinal direction (x) movement. The lower seat track (2) has a substantially C-shaped profile (20, 22) with sections (24) that are bent downward at the ends. The upper seat track (4) has a substantially U-shaped profile (40, 42) with end sections (44) that are bent upward; the relative displaceability of the two seat tracks (2, 4) with respect to one another is limited by means of an interaction of an end stop (30) disposed on the lower seat track (2) with a stop element (48) disposed on the upper seat track (4), and wherein the end stop (30) is designed in the form of an extension of part of the downward bent sections (24) and the lower seat track (2) comprises a slotted hole (32) in the region of the end stop (30).

Seat-track assembly

A vehicle seat-track assembly is provided and may include a first track member having a series of locking features and a second track member slidably supported by the first track member. The seat-track assembly may also include a locking mechanism having locking pawls movable between a locked state engaged with the locking features to restrict relative movement between the first and second track members and an unlocked state disengaged from the locking features to permit relative movement between the first and second track members. The locking pawls may each include locking elements that are received within respective ones of the series of locking features in the locked state such that the locking elements restrict relative movement between the first track member and the second track member in two directions when the locking pawls are in the locked state.

A longitudinal adjuster for a seat, in particular vehicle seat, may have at least a fixed lower track and an upper track slidable coupled to the lower track, an adjustment device for longitudinally adjusting the upper track relative to the lower track, a latch mechanism to latch the upper track relative to the lower track, and an electromechanical device relatively coupled to the latch mechanism. The electromechanical device may be configured to bias the latch mechanism between a release position and a latch position, and upon release of the latch mechanism the adjustment device is actuated to drive the upper track relative to the lower track.

RECYCLING METHOD FOR LITHIUM-ION BATTERY, RECYCLING FACILITY, VEHICLE SEAT, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING VEHICLE SEAT

This invention has an objective to increase the collected amounts of lithium contained in a lithium-ion battery. A recycling method for a lithium-ion battery comprising: a first discharging step, which increases an amount of lithium included in a cathode active material by discharging the lithium-ion battery via a load with a first resistance value; a second discharging step, which further increases the amount of lithium included in the cathode active material by discharging the lithium-ion battery via a load with a second resistance value lower than the first resistance value; and a collecting step, which collects the cathode active material from the lithium-ion battery after the second discharging step.

Seat slider device

A seat slider device may include: a lower rail attachable to a body of a vehicle and including grooves arranged in a for direction of the lower rail; an upper rail attachable to a seat and slidably engaging with the lower rail; and a lock lever including a plurality of protrusions configured to engage with the grooves, supported by the upper rail to be swingable in a direction bringing the protrusions close to the grooves and in a direction bringing the protrusions away from the grooves, and biased in the direction bringing the protrusions close to the grooves. A portion of the lock lever between a pivot of the lock lever and the protrusions may have elasticity such that the portion flexes in the direction bringing the protrusions close to the grooves and in the direction bringing the protrusions away from the grooves.
