ACTUATION MECHANISM FOR A LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTER, LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTER FOR A VEHICLE SEAT, AND VEHICLE SEAT

An actuation mechanism for a longitudinal adjuster of a vehicle seat may have at least one actuation arm, a trigger lever, and a positioning element which is arranged on the trigger lever and which is pivotally mounted on a free lever end of the trigger lever.

Seat slide device

A release lever includes: a release pressing portion pressing a portion around a lock portion of a plate spring to release an engagement of the lock portion with a locked portion; an operation portion located in a front side of the release lever and operated by a lock release operation of an operation handle; and a swing fulcrum portion provided between the release pressing portion and the operation portion. The plate spring integrally includes: a base including the swing fulcrum portion and fixed to an upper rail; a rear biasing portion located behind the base in a vehicle front-rear direction and biasing the lock portion in a lock direction; and a front biasing portion located in front of the base in the vehicle front-rear direction and biasing the operation handle upward. The front biasing portion has a biasing force smaller than that of the rear biasing portion.

Vehicle seat slide device

A vehicle seat slide device includes an upper rail, a lower rail, a lock mechanism, and a lock release mechanism. The lock mechanism restricts relative movement of the upper rail. The upper rail includes two side walls and an upper wall. The lock release mechanism includes a lever member, a push portion, and a spring member. The push portion pushes an unlock element of the lock mechanism and performs an unlocking action with the lock mechanism when the lever member is pivoted based on an operation force. The spring member applies an urging force to the lever member in a direction opposite to the direction in which the lever member is pivoted. The spring member includes an engagement end, which engages the lever member, and a spring body. At least the spring body is arranged in an inner space of the upper rail defined below the upper wall.

Seat slide device for vehicles

A vehicle seat slide device is capable of improving an operational feeling of an unlocking member. The vehicle seat slide device includes: a lower rail; an upper rail that is movably attached to the lower rail and supports a seat; a lock spring that is attached to the upper rail, has a lock part engaging with the lower rail to restrict movement of the upper rail, and is formed in an annular shape; and an unlocking member that is attached to the upper rail and displaces the lock spring to disengage the lock spring and the lower rail to clear the restriction on the movement of the upper rail. The unlocking member is positioned more inside than the lock spring as seen in both a longitudinal direction and a width direction of the upper rail.

Adjustment mechanism for motor vehicle seat

An adjustment mechanism for a motor vehicle seat includes first and second sensors, which are mounted on a first component of the adjustment mechanism, and protuberances provided on the second component of the adjustment mechanism. The first and second sensors are mounted facing the protuberances, with the sensors being positioned so that there is a phase difference between the signals detected by the two sensors. The mechanism includes an electronic control unit that determines a direction of movement of the components, based on the detected phase difference.

The present invention relates to a sliding device for a vehicle seat provided with an improved locking arrangement. Said locking arrangement comprises a pair of locking assemblies (101a, 101b; 201a, 201b), one for each track of the sliding device, each including a plurality of locking pins (105a, 105b; 203a, 203b) suitable for locking the upper rails of the tracks to the respective lower rails. Said locking arrangement further includes a releasing assembly for driving said locking pins to an unlocking configuration for adjusting the position of the vehicle seat. According to the invention, for any selected positions of the vehicle seat, all the locking pins (105a, 105b; 203a, 203b) of the locking assemblies simultaneously or quasi-simultaneously penetrate into corresponding apertures of the lower rails. Therefore, the invention advantageously allows to optimize the locking effect of the locking arrangement, as all the locking pins give their contribution to said locking effect.
