SEAT CONTROL SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
The present disclosure provides a seat control system for a vehicle, which may sense whether passengers have been seated on a front seat and a rear seat, and easily implement sleep and rest postures of the front seat and the rear seat through the height adjustment, the reclining adjustment, and the like of the front seat and the rear seat according to the sensed result.
Adjustable seat
A vehicle seating assembly includes a seat and a linkage assembly disposed between the seat and a base member that is positionable between a rest position and a deployed position. In the rest position, a first angle is formed between a seat pan assembly and a bottom of the base member. In the deployed position, a second angle is formed between the seat pan assembly and the bottom of the base member. The second angle is greater than the first angle.
Seat adjustment mechanism
A vehicle seat having a base (10) and a squab (11) and an adjustment mechanism (20) whereby the position of an occupant sitting in the seat can be adjusted, the mechanism being configured so as to permit the seat to follow a motion path that provides coordinated adjustment of both height and back inclination of the occupant, the motion path being such that as the height of the occupant is raised the back inclination of the occupant becomes less supine.
LIFTING DEVICE
A lifting device for raising and lowering a cushion frame of a vehicle seat includes: a lifter link configured to be rotationally displaced to thereby raise or lower the cushion frame; a swing link configured to transmit a force for rotating the lifter link to the lifter link; a screw rod rotatably coupled to the swing link; a driving device configured to displace the screw rod along a first axis; and a first restricting portion configured to restrict displacement of a coupling portion between the swing link and the screw rod beyond a predetermined dimension in a second axis.
Clutch unit
A clutch unit includes a lever-side clutch part to control transmission and interruption of rotational torque input through a lever operation and a brake-side clutch part to transmit the rotational torque from the lever-side clutch part to the output side and interrupt rotational torque reversely input from the output side. The brake-side clutch part includes an outer ring constrained in rotation, an output shaft to output the rotation, cylindrical rollers to control interruption of the rotational torque reversely input from the output shaft and transmission of the rotational torque input from the lever-side clutch part through engagement and disengagement between the outer ring and the output shaft, a friction ring to apply a rotational resistance to the output shaft, and a variable part to change the rotational resistance applied to the output shaft between the transmission and the interruption of the rotational torque.
ADJUSTABLE SEAT
A vehicle seating assembly includes a seat and a linkage assembly disposed between the seat and a base member that is positionable between a rest position and a deployed position. In the rest position, a first angle is formed between a seat pan assembly and a bottom of the base member. In the deployed position, a second angle is formed between the seat pan assembly and the bottom of the base member. The second angle is greater than the first angle.
Vehicle seat and method for controlling sitting position using the same
A vehicle seat is configured to adjust a position of a seat cushion by a multi-bar link provided at each of both sides of the seat cushion, where the multi-bar link includes one seat cushion frame of a plurality of seat cushion frames forming both side frames of the seat cushion, and front and rear links pivotably connected to the respective front and rear of the one seat cushion frame. The vehicle seat includes a drive device configured to rotate the multi-bar link such that an end of the front link connected to the one seat cushion frame is lifted up and an end of the rear link connected to the one seat cushion frame is simultaneously moved down.
Comfort pilot seat kinematics
Described are adjustable seats having a lower portion of a back rest attached to a seat frame having an upper frame and a lower frame. A pivot axis is positioned at an upper end of the lower portion of the back rest, and an upper portion of the back rest is pivotally attached to the pivot axis. The location of the pivot axis is configured to be positioned below a person's shoulders when the person is seated in the adjustable seat. The upper portion of the back rest is also pivotally adjustable relative to the lower portion of the back rest. A seat pan having a front portion pivotally coupled to a rear portion can be attached to the upper frame. An actuation mechanism is configured to simultaneously control a vertical height of the upper frame and a rotational position of the front portion of the seat pan.
