Seat cushion device
A seat cushion device capable of adjusting hardness of a seat cushion including a seating surface, on which a user is seated, includes a recessed part that is formed in a back surface of the seating surface in the seat cushion, a left plate that faces a back surface of a left thigh holding part of the seating surface, on which a left leg thigh of the user is located, and that is movable inside the recessed part vertically, a right plate that faces a back surface of a right thigh holding part of the seating surface, on which a right leg thigh of the user is located, and that is movable inside the recessed part vertically, and a gap adjustment mechanism that moves the left plate and the right plate vertically in an independent manner, and that can adjust a clearance from the back surface of the seating surface.

VEHICLE SEAT FRAME
A vehicle seat frame includes a pair of side frames, a pair of cylindrical collar members, a pair of link members, and a pipe member coaxially secured at end portions to the collar members. At least one of the collar members is substantially equal in outer diameter to the pipe member. A contact surface portion having a reduced outer diameter is formed in an end portion of a first member, which is brought into contact with a second member. The first member is one of the pipe member and the collar member that is substantially equal in outer diameter to the pipe member, and the second member is the other one of them. The first member and the second member are secured to each other by welding, with the contact surface portion kept in contact with an inner peripheral portion of the second member.
Seat inclination adjustment mechanism, vehicle seat, and method for mounting said vehicle seat
An adjustment unit for a vehicle seat is disclosed. Said adjustment unit comprises an inclination adjustment mechanism for the backrest of the vehicle seat. The inclination adjustment mechanism comprises a first rocker which is mounted in such a way as to be rotatable about a transverse direction extending perpendicular to a direction of travel of the vehicle.
Clutch unit
A clutch unit includes a lever-side clutch section provided on an input side, for controlling rotational torque to be input through lever operation, and a brake-side clutch section provided on an output side, for transmitting the rotational torque from the lever-side clutch section to the output side, and interrupting rotational torque to be reversely input from the output side. The brake-side clutch section has a two-layer structure, in which two one-way clutches are arranged side by side in an axial direction. The first one-way clutch interrupts rotational torque in a forward direction, which is reversely input from the output side, through meshing of serrated projection and depression portions, whereas the second one-way clutch interrupts rotational torque in a backward direction, which is reversely input from the output side, through meshing of serrated projection and depression portions arranged in an opposite direction.

A vehicle seat includes: a structure mounted on the vehicle, a squab inclinable by an inclination 4, a backrest linked to the squab by a pivot link about a first axis, inclinable by a backrest inclination 5, a front connecting rod linked to the structure by a pivot link and linked to a front part of the squab by a pivot link, a rear connecting rod linked to the structure by a pivot link and linked to either the backrest or the squab by a pivot link of a second axle, and a first linear actuator linked to the backrest by a pivot link along a third axis distinct from the first axis and linked to the squab by a pivot link, where actuation of the first linear actuator providing simultaneous adjustment of squab inclination 4 and backrest inclination 5.
VEHICLE SEAT SUPPORT STRUCTURE
The invention relates to a vehicle seat support structure (1). A seat cushion frame element (2) is supported by a front link (4) and a rear link (10). The rear link (10) is pivotally linked by a second rear link joint (11) to a vehicle seat base (8). The front link (4) is pivotally linked by a second front link joint (5) to a crank (6). The crank (6) is pivotally linked by a crank joint (7) to the vehicle seat base (8). A first actuator (18) is linked to the crank (6). An actuation of the first actuator (18) is in particular used for adjusting a tilt angle of the seat cushion frame element (2). A second actuator (19) is linked to the rear link (10). An actuation of the second actuator (19) is in particular used for adjusting the height of the seat cushion frame element (2).
