The microprocessor is operationally coupled to the first power module. The microphones, the cameras, and the data storage module are operationally coupled to the microprocessor. The microphones and the camera are configured to capture audio recordings and video recordings, respectively, of events in an area proximate to the vest. The data storage module is positioned to receive and store the audio and visual recordings.
