The control is also configured to actuate at least one electrode sending an electrical current therethrough. The user may aim the pepper spray canister in the direction of an attacker and activate the control in order to incapacitate the attacker with the pepper spray. The rear portion further includes a warning label and a light thereon in order to deter would-be assailants from initiating a confrontation.

A convertible insulated glove capable of being reconfigured into the form of two separately detachable half sections for the handling and placement of hot or cold objects intended to be worn on a person's hand when joined together, or alternatively used with one or both hands as pot holders when separated to protect the hands from exposure to temperature extremes. As the user's hands approach an electrically energized apparatus of equipment, the antenna will receive signaling transponding to the logic board, which will then energize a notification appliance alerting the user of danger.

A device comprises a bag comprising a non-porous material. The bag has a plurality of edges. The device has at least one glove with an open end. The open end has a perimeter. The at least one glove is positionable inside the bag, with the open end of the glove facing out of the bag. The bag has a closure capable of forming a seal when the closure is closed.

A protective device for use in a high temperature and liquid environment provides a glove integrally formed with a protective member in the thumb webbing region. The protective member is not readily detectable when viewing the outside of the glove.
