BRAKE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CONTROLLER
[Problem] A brake hydraulic pressure controller in which a hydraulic unit is stably supported on a bracket and that can improve an effect of suppressing vibrations of the hydraulic unit is provided.
[Means for Resolution] In a brake hydraulic pressure controller (10) including: a hydraulic unit (20) that executes brake control by controlling a hydraulic pressure of a brake fluid; a bracket (80) that is attached to a vehicle body to support the hydraulic unit (20); and support members (110, 120) that are assembled in openings (80aa, 80ba) provided in the bracket (80) and coupled to the hydraulic unit (20), the support members (110, 120) are coupled to two mutually opposing surfaces (30a, 30b) of a housing (30) for the hydraulic unit (20).
BRAKING SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE HAVING HAND AND FOOT BRAKE LEVERS
A vehicle has a frame, a straddle seat, front right and left wheels, a rear wheel, a steering assembly, a motor, front right and left brakes, a rear brake, and an electronic brake control unit. The electronic brake control unit has a pump, a valve box and an electronic controller. The electronic controller is electronically connected to the pump, and valves of the valve box for controlling their operation. A hand brake lever actuates a first master cylinder and thereby actuates the front brakes through the valve box. A foot brake lever actuates a second master cylinder and thereby actuates the rear brake through the valve box.
Hydraulic pressure control unit
The present disclosure obtains a hydraulic pressure control unit capable of appropriately diagnosing presence or absence of fixation of an electromagnetic valve. In the hydraulic pressure control unit according to the present disclosure, a controller includes: an acquisition section that acquires a current value of a current flowing through a coil of the electromagnetic valve in a hydraulic pressure control mechanism; and a diagnosis section that determines whether the current value has exhibited behavior of being temporarily reduced in a process in which the current value is increased at initiation of applying the current to the coil of the electromagnetic valve, so as to diagnose the presence or the absence of the fixation of the electromagnetic valve.
BRAKE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CONTROLLER
It is possible to prevent occurrence of a resonance phenomenon of a hydraulic unit and to improve attachability/detachability of the hydraulic unit to/from a bracket.
A support section (42, 43) includes: a fixture member (80) that is fixed to a housing (30) for a hydraulic unit (10); and a vibration absorbing member (75) that is interposed between the housing (30) and a bracket (41) and has a through-hole (75a) through which the fixture member (80) passes. The vibration absorbing member (75) includes two vibration absorbing members (75B, 75C, 75D) having different rebound resilience from each other. In a state where the vibration absorbing member (75) is partially accommodated in a recessed section (47) of the bracket (41), the vibration absorbing member (75) is held between the housing (30) and the bracket (41).
CONNECTION DEVICE FOR VEHICLE HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS, ORIENTABLE CONNECTOR AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY ASSOCIATED THEREWITH
A connection device for vehicle hydraulic systems having a receiver block is provided, which has one or more connection holes; at least one orientable connector which has an input and/or output section and a connection end; and a fixing plate configured to fix the orientable connector to the receiver block. Where the orientable connector has a head provided with orientation means arranged between the input and/or output section and the connection end; and where the fixing plate has complementary orientation means configured to fit with the orientation means of the head to fix an orientation position (P.sub.3) of the orientable connector, the head being arranged between the fixing plate and the receiver block.
ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM FOR ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE
An all-terrain vehicle is disclosed having a braking system with an anti-lock braking control module and a first brake master cylinder hydraulically coupled to the anti-lock braking control module. A first brake actuator is coupled to the first brake master cylinder and a brake caliper is coupled to at least some of the ground engaging members. The first brake master cylinder upon actuation provides anti-lock braking to either the first or second ground engaging members. A second brake master cylinder is hydraulically coupled to the anti-lock braking control module. A second brake actuator is coupled to the second brake master cylinder and a brake caliper is coupled to at least some of the ground engaging members.
