Welding helmet box
Provided is a container for a welding helmet. The container includes an outer box and a removable insert wedge that is removable from the outer box. The removable insert wedge includes a tongue portion, extending through a headband of the welding helmet, and attached to the welding helmet. The outer box forms an opening in at least one vertical side of the outer box, thereby enabling the welding helmet and a lens of the welding helmet to be accessed from outside of the outer box through the opening. The opening is sized to prevent removal of the insert wedge and attached welding helmet through the opening without damaging the outer box.
Packaging member
A packaging member includes a packaging box and an intermediate buffering member. The intermediate buffering member is provided in a space formed between a bottom plate and a side plate of the packaging box and a main body part of the article. The intermediate buffering member has a vertical direction supporting part and a positioning part. The vertical direction supporting part abuts against a lower face of the main body part and the bottom plate. The positioning part is coupled with the vertical direction supporting part. The positioning part prevents the vertical direction supporting part from being moved toward the side plate. The vertical direction supporting part has an inclined part extending from the lower face of the main body part in an oblique lower direction toward near a lower corner between the bottom plate and the side plate and abutting against the bottom plate.
BOX CONTAINER AND DISPLAY
A corrugated box container with a main component including a base section and first and second side sections. The box container additionally includes first and second side support components associated with the first and second side sections for reinforcing the first and second side support sections. The box container further includes a cover component that is capable of engagement with the main component or the first and second side support components, such that the main component and the cover component present a fully enclosed space within the box container. The box container is erected from a knockdown configuration by folding the first and second side sections until the side sections are generally perpendicular with the base section; connecting the first and second side support components with the first and second side sections respectively; and connecting the cover component with the main component or the first and second side support components.
Cushioning material and package using same
The cushioning material is assembled by: bending a single sheet, which comprises a bottom sheet, a first side sheet, a second side sheet, and an upper sheet, into a rectangular cylinder shape and inserting second flaps and an interlocking sheet in an insertion hole of a middle sheet; bending each first flap away from the first side sheet and bending the middle sheet towards the first side sheet to fit together second interlocking grooves with first interlocking grooves; bending the interlocking sheet to be roughly perpendicular to the upper sheet and bending the second flaps to be roughly perpendicular to the interlocking sheet to engage interlocking sections with the first flaps.

Wine bottle rack-building kit, packaging, and method
A modular rack for storing wine bottles comprising a plurality of base frames, said base frames being rectangular and provided in a center thereof with a circular hole and in a periphery thereof with a plurality of slots, a plurality of support rods provided in a periphery thereof with a plurality of slots; and said plurality of slots capable of coupling with any other of said plurality of slots when mated perpendicularly thus forming a friction-lock.
WELDING HELMET BOX
Provided is a container for a welding helmet. The container includes an outer box and a removable insert wedge that is removable from the outer box. The removable insert wedge includes a tongue portion, extending through a headband of the welding helmet, and attached to the welding helmet. The positioning part prevents the vertical direction supporting part from being moved toward the side plate. The vertical direction supporting part has an inclined part extending from the lower face of the main body part in an oblique lower direction toward near a lower corner between the bottom plate and the side plate and abutting against the bottom plate.
Modular corrugated container having integrated cushioning
A modular corrugated container integrates product cushioning with a product support surface formed from corrugated paper and having features that absorb transverse accelerations. The support surface has scored tabs that bend perpendicular to an interior support portion, forming feet that elevate the interior portion relative to a container bottom. The interior portion has perforations that absorb accelerations, such as a perforations formed around the outside perimeter of the location at which a product rests, perforations extending from corners of the support surface towards a central location of the support surface, and perforations at the scoring of the tabs. Voids formed along the tabs remove portions of the feet from contact with the container bottom to encourage constant dissemination of accelerations across the support surface.
Consumable package assembly
Provided is a consumable package assembly including a consumable container and an outer packaging portion. The consumable container includes a chip, and the outer packaging portion includes an accommodating portion for accommodating the consumable container. The outer packaging portion includes a first through hole configured to expose at least a part of the chip, and a second through hole configured to expose at least apart of the accommodating portion so as to position the consumable container. Operation to the chip on the consumable container can be performed without removing the outer packaging portion so as to avoid scrapping of the outer packaging portion, thereby reducing the procedures of the production or the reprocessing and resulting in lower cost and higher efficiency. The second through hole is configured to prevent the unfixed position of the consumable container in the outer packaging portion from resulting inaccurate operation to the chip.
