The blank can include a hinge panel foldably connected to the base panel, a top panel foldably connected to the hinge panel, a first top side panel foldably connected to the top panel, a plurality of first top side flaps foldably connected to the first top side panel, a second top side panel foldably connected to the top panel opposite the first top side panel, and a plurality of second top side flaps foldably connected to the second top side panel. An end first base side flap and an end first top side flap can be formed and separated by a first cut line such that the end first base side flap and the end first top side flap are abutting each other, and an end second base side flap and an end second top side flap can be formed and separated by a second cut line such that the end second base side flap and the end second top side flap are abutting each other.

The invention is a food box container and a method for operating same, the food box container comprises an open top box body pivotally connected to double-hinged top, the open top box body further defining a hollow interior configured to receive and hold food; the double-hinged top has a first hinge and second hinge that have a spaced-apart and parallel orientation to one another, the first hinge pivotally sections the double-hinged lid into a support panel and a top lid, the second hinge pivotally connects the support panel to the open top box body; the support panel further defines one or more removable caps which when opened from the support panel reveal support apertures to receive other containers of drinks, condiments and the like; and the top lid controls a second access to the hollow interior that is smaller than an access as provided by the double-hinged top.

A wheel insert for bicycle packaging includes a first insert panel configured to abut a side packaging panel of the bicycle packaging; and a second insert panel laterally offset from the first insert panel and configured to be spaced from the side packaging panel, the first insert panel defining an insert opening therethrough for receiving a wheel axle of a bicycle that is within the bicycle packaging.

The present disclosure discloses a self-closing packaging box. When one end of a box body needs to be sealed, each of a first inner lining board, a second inner lining board, and a third inner lining board cover the one end of the box body, then one or more first connectors are changed to a folded position and inserted into the box body through one or more first insertion holes, so that a first board finally covers the one end of the box body, and finally the one or more first connectors are automatically unfolded to be in an unfolded position to be clamped to the one or more first insertion holes to perform a self-closing function.

An improved single-piece shipping box system includes a lid with a lid flap forming a tab that fits into a slot on a front panel of a storage compartment, which facilitates repeatedly opening and closing without damaging the box for display before shipping. The tab and slot allow multiple users, such as the manufacturer, merchant, and e-commerce reseller, to conveniently open and close the box multiple times without damaging the box. The underside of the lid flap carries strips of covered adhesive used to seal the box closed for final shipping or in-person sale of the product. Protective film covers the adhesive strips until the user is ready to remove the protective film and tape the box closed in a permanent fixed manner for final shipping. The innovative arrangement provides a convenience of use and neatness in between pre-shipping uses with easy access and closing while simultaneously enabling secure shipping upon final designation determination.
