Configurable pallet
This disclosure provides a configurable pallet or load-bearing platform, such as a pallet, for supporting goods. The load-bearing platform may include one or more plastic bases having two or more protrusions connected by one or more bridge pieces. The two or more protrusions are spaced apart one or more distances. The load-bearing platform further includes a cardboard base having openings spaced apart an amount wherein the openings are configured to receive the two or more protrusions of the plastic base. A load distribution member may be included and configured to contact at least a portion of the plastic base. The load distribution member may support at least a portion of the goods and distributes at least a portion of the weight of the goods to at least a portion of the plastic base. The size of the cardboard base, as well as other components of the load-bearing platform, in certain implementations, may be customized on demand.
FOLDABLE CONTAINER WITH SHELF AND METHOD OF FOLDING THE FOLDABLE CONTAINER
The current invention relates to a foldable container comprising a pallet and a foldable sidewall, wherein the pallet forms a loading surface, wherein the foldable sidewall is a rectangular tube with open ends formed by a first, a second, a third and a fourth side panel, wherein the foldable sidewall is detachable installable on the pallet in order to define a loadable volume, wherein the foldable container comprises a shelf suitable to be loaded with objects, wherein the shelf is hinged to the first side panel, wherein the shelf comprises a first fold line parallel to the first side panel, wherein the foldable container comprises support means to support the shelf at the second side panel, opposite to the first side panel. The invention also relates to a method and a kit.

The load distribution member may support at least a portion of the goods and distributes at least a portion of the weight of the goods to at least a portion of the plastic base. The size of the cardboard base, as well as other components of the load-bearing platform, in certain implementations, may be customized on demand.
