There is provided a lid member for a food storage device or container, as well as a food storage system having a lid that can mate with a concave base container, which is stackable or storable via one or more magnetic devices disposed on the lid member or on each of a plurality of lid members. In a related embodiment, a magnetic device is incorporated into a floor panel of the concave base or container for ease of pairing and size matching for storage.

The present invention relates to a tamper evident produce container having two front corners. The produce container includes a receptacle, a lid and a pair of frangible tabs. The receptacle has a mouth circumscribed by a first flange. The lid is associated with the receptacle to close off the mouth. The lid has a second flange. Each frangible tab is joined to either one of the first or second flange at or in close proximity to one of the two front corners by an area or line of weakness. Each frangible tab includes a first locking formation which is adapted to interlock with a second locking formation provided on or in the other of the first or second flange when the lid is positioned on the receptacle to close off the mouth.

A container includes a container section and an annular neck section with at least a first rim and a second rim, a resilient compression fold connecting the first rim and the second rim, the resilient allowing the neck section to compress and decompress in response to a force being exerted on a top edge of the neck section. A shoulder between the container section and the neck section may include a container stop configured to cooperate with a lid stop located on a lid for the container to limit rotation of the lid relative to the neck section.

A container system includes a container having a plurality of sidewalls and a rim extending from the sidewalls at a top of the container. The rim of the container includes a first sealing part and a second sealing part. Parts of the rim extend along arcs as viewed from above the container. The container system also includes a lid for sealing the container, with the lid having a rim that includes a first sealing part that is configured to contact the first sealing part of the rim of the container to form a first sealing area, and a second sealing part that is configured to contact the second sealing part of the rim of the container to form a second sealing area. Parts of the rim of the lid extend along arcs as viewed from above the lid. The container may be tightly sealed by the lid.

A disposable food container is configured with a lid that enables similar containers to be securely stacked and enables easy verification that loaded and stacked containers contain utensils and/or condiments.

A produce container including a receptacle and a lid. A mouth is circumscribed by a rim with a first bearing surface substantially parallel to a receptacle base. A first outer wall portion of the rim is folded back on and substantially perpendicular to the base. One or more first locking formations is carried on the first outer wall portion. The lid can close off the mouth and is circumscribed by a skirt with a second bearing surface substantially parallel to the base when the lid is closed. The skirt has a first inner wall portion substantially perpendicular to the base when the lid is closed. The skirt has one or more second locking formations carried on the first inner wall portion of the lid. Each second locking formation is complementary to a first locking formation. The rim includes one or more chamfered portions above the first locking formation inclined to the first bearing surface and the first outer wall portion.

The invention concerns a pot for a cosmetic product, comprising a base (2) topped by a substantially cylindrical neck defining an opening, and a lid equipped with a seal (6) having a top surface and a bottom surface. The neck of the pot has a rim (203) with an inner periphery comprising a shoulder (204) that forms a concave surface. The seal (6) comprises, on the bottom surface of same, a flexible annular lip (603) that has, on an outer peripheral wall, a convex shape which, when the lid is tightened on the base (2), matches said concave surface over at least a portion of the height of the shoulder (204) and presses sealingly against said rim (203) around the entire inner periphery of same, so as to sealingly close the pot. The flexibility of the seal (6) and the shape of the lip (603) thereof, which complements that of the rim (203), allow it to be deformed in such a way as to be able to compensate for dimensional irregularities occurring at manufacture and ensure tight sealing.

An airtight container has a lid which is easily opened by the principle of the lever thus preventing broth from splashing out when the lid is opened. The airtight container includes a container body having a latching bump and a bent flange, a rotating knob connected to the flange and having an opening-closing plate and a step portion, and a lid having a latching protrusion, a downwardly bent flange and a lid extension portion, wherein, when the rotating knob is just rotated upward in a state where the lid is coupled to the container body, the opening-closing plate lifts the lid extension portion by the principle of the lever while the step portion prevents the lid extension portion from spreading outwards, thereby allowing the latching protrusion to be released from the latching bump and the lid to be opened from the container body.

A container for a tab lead includes a main body part configured to contain a plurality of tab leads and a cover part configured to cover the main body part. The main body part has a pocket that has an inverted quadrangular pyramidal trapezoid shape having a bottom surface and four side surfaces, in which an area of an opening at an upper end of the pocket is larger than an area of the bottom surface. The pocket is configured such that a volume of a region occupied by portions, which are below an upper end of an insulating films of the plurality of tab leads, of the plurality of tab leads in a state in which the plurality of tab leads are contained in the pocket is included within a range of 70% to 90% of a volume of the pocket.
