Container supply unit and automated analyzer
A container supply unit and an automated analyzer in which anomalous orientations of containers ejected from a container (cuvette) ejection part can be prevented. This container supply unit has a container storage part, a container ejection part, and a container alignment part. The container ejection part includes a circular belt, placement members provided on said circular belt, and a belt rotation mechanism. The belt rotation mechanism rotates the circular belt in an R direction, forming an outward leg along which the placement members move upwards and a return leg along which the placement members move downwards. The placement members carry containers placed thereon on the outward leg and eject said containers to the container alignment part between the outward leg and the return leg. The top of each placement member during the outward leg comprises the following: a first inclined surface that is sloped upwards from one end, on the circular-belt side, towards the other end; and a second inclined surface that is sloped downwards from one end, which connects to the first inclined surface, towards the other end.
Machine for supplying containers
A machine for supplying containers that comprises: a hopper (10) configured to contain a plurality of containers (100) arranged randomly; a transfer station (20); and a first elevator (30) that has first horizontal blades (31) longitudinally, each of said first blades (21) being configured to collect a first container (101) from the hopper (10) and lift the same in a horizontal position to the transfer station (20). Said machine (1) comprises a second elevator (40), parallel to the first elevator (30), that has second horizontal blades (41) longitudinally, each of said second blades (41) being configured to collect a second container (102) from the hopper (10) and lift the same in a horizontal position to the transfer station (20); and an alignment station (50) configured to receive the first (101) and second containers (102) coming from the transfer station (20) and supply the same horizontally in an aligned manner.
U-shaped board unscrambler
A board unscrambler for sorting a plurality of boards comprises a frame having an entrance and an exit. The frame comprises a U-shaped accumulator near the entrance and an upwardly substantially longitudinal slope connecting the U-shaped accumulator portion to the exit. The board unscrambler further comprises a powered conveyor which substantially adopts the shape of the frame, comprising driving chains and a plurality of spaced apart catches mounted on the driving chains for mating with and displacing the boards along the frame from the U-shaped accumulator portion toward the exit. Accordingly, the board unscrambler features accumulation capability, thereby increasing efficiency and regulating performance.
A POSTAL SORTING MACHINE WITH A FEED INLET HAVING A ROBOTIZED ARM AND A SLOPING FLAT CONVEYOR
The postal sorting machine comprises a sorting conveyor suitable for transporting postal articles in series past sorting outlets and a postal article feed unit having a magazine for loosely storing postal articles to be sorted and a separator that has a robotized arm and a vision sensor and that is suitable for picking up the postal articles to be sorted one-by-one from the magazine and for putting them on the sorting conveyor while placing them in series at constant pitch. The sorting conveyor has a flat conveyor that slopes sideways to form a jogging edge against which the postal articles are jogged by gravity.
PART FEEDER APPARATUS
A lower portion is formed in a vicinity of an end portion of a bottom member of a storage container. A lift member configured to lift parts kept on standby on the lower portion is arranged in a state of being movable up and down along an inner wall of the storage container. A transport unit configured to transport the part, which is lifted and transferred thereto by the lift member, to a target position is arranged, and a position at which the parts are to be transferred to the transport unit is set in a vicinity of an upper position of the lift member.
DEVICE FOR THE TREATMENT OF INDIVIDUAL SAUSAGES
A device for treating individual sausages, including: a sorting device having an endless conveyor belt traveling around a triangular geometry and having rails or carrier bars, on which belt the sausages, which are loosely deposited onto an ascending run of the belt, are distributed individually into the rails or carrier bars; an endless first conveying device with individual rails or carrier bars to accept the sorted sausages, wherein each individual rail or carrier bar accommodates one sausage; a grouping device, in which the sausages delivered by the first conveying device are combined into groups; a second conveying device with receiving sections, each of which accommodates the sausages of one group, and into which the sausages, lying side by side, are transferred from the grouping device; and a transfer device having a gripper device for gripping a sausage group and for transferring and depositing the sausage group into a receiving container.
Component feeder with flexible retaining walls
A component feeder includes a distributor for distributing components from a bulk storage on a pick surface, and a retaining wall preventing the components from escaping the pick surface. The retaining wall is flexible such that it deforms when a force is applied on it, and it assumes its original shape when the force is no longer applied. The flexible retaining wall allows a robot gripper to push the retaining wall aside when picking a component close to the retaining wall.
Device for recruiting and loading caps for containers of biological samples
A device for recruiting and loading a plurality of caps for closing containers of biological material, includes a cap container arranged to contain in bulk the plurality of caps; a cap recruitment system arranged to convey the caps collected within the cap container, along a predetermined direction; a channel device arranged to receive the caps conveyed by the recruitment system and direct the caps downstream of the channel device; and a slide arranged to shift the caps from the channel device towards a pick up position wherein the caps can be respectively picked up for application on a respective container without a cap positioned at a working point.
Method and setting arrangement for dispensing tolerance compensation elements
A setting arrangement for automatically attaching tolerance compensation elements to a respective component, in particular a battery housing part. The setting arrangement has a storage unit which is designed to receive the tolerance compensation elements and to position them correctly in a row in such a way that the tolerance compensation elements positioned in the row are oriented in the same way, and a movable setting unit which has a magazine in which the tolerance compensation elements correctly positioned in a row are receivable. The magazine has a first longitudinal extension in which the tolerance compensation elements received in the magazine are arranged adjacent to one another. The magazine has an opening, and the setting unit is designed to dispense the tolerance compensation elements individually through the opening.
