COMPACT HIGH FIDELITY CABLE REEL
A retractable cord reel houses contacts that connect autonomously when the user aligns the spool to lock it from retracting. The spool and housing contains high quality, sensitive contacts for high speed data and other critical signals that engage when indexed by the user. The design is flexible for adaptation to a variety of applications and scalable based on cable type and length as well as the number of contacts required. The contacts are engaged when the user allows an indexing dog to engage a spool indexing housing causing the dog to shift and force a mating lever to make the electrical connection. Decoupling occurs instantly when the spool is slightly rotated by the user. The user's only action throughout the process is to pull the cable. Without this intentional action of the user, the spool, rotates freely and the contacts are not engaged.

where
the holding device (100) comprises a bistable locking mechanism (20) with two switching positions, namely a locked position and an unlocked position, wherein in the locked position the rotation of the roller element (2) in relation to the housing (1) is blocked and the tie (9) is rolled off by at least 80%, in particular by 80 to 99%, preferably by 95 to 99%, wherein in the unlocked position the roller element (2) is rotatable in relation to the housing (1) and wherein the locking mechanism (20) can be changed between the locked position and the unlocked position by placing the tie (9) in the end position.
Compact Winding Device for a Flexible Line.
The invention relates to a winding device (10) for a line (1), such as a cable or hose, including a stationary frame (11) and a winding drum (12), which is rotatably mounted on said frame and has an interior (12B). From the outside (12A) of the winding drum (12), the line can be wound or unwound. An inner rotary guide (18) in the interior (12B) guides the line (1) continuously from a fixed point (F) fixed with respect to the frame to a rotation point (R) on the winding drum (12) and defines a line course, having two opposite windings (18A, 18B) about the axis of rotation (A), and a rotatable deflection element (18C), in which the line changes over. According to the invention, the winding drum (12) has a first cut-out (15A) at a first end, on the side of the rotation point (R), which cut-out opens out axially and at an end face, and a retaining part (19B) at the other end, which retaining part is rotationally fixed to the frame, has a second cut-out (15B), which opens outward in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation (A). By virtue of the cut-outs (15A, 15B) in combination with the special rotary guide (18), the line (1) to be wound can be continuously routed without interruption and without rotational coupling or be subsequently attached, from the outside (12A) through the first cut-out (15A), in the inner rotary guide (18) and from the fixed point (F) of the rotary guide through the second cut-out (15B) or vice versa.
SLOW RETRACTION MECHANISM, LOCKING-TYPE SLOW RETRACTION DEVICE AND WINDING DEVICE
A slow retraction mechanism, a locking-type slow retraction device and a winding device. The slow retraction mechanism fits with a winder including a main shaft and a main body rotatably sleeved thereon. The main body can rotate around the main shaft to wind or unwind flexible materials. The slow retraction mechanism includes a blocking part, a decelerating part rotatably arranged on the main body, and an elastic part arranged on the main body and connected with the decelerating part. When the main body rotates around the main shaft in a first direction to wind the flexible material, the decelerating part rotates relative to the main body along a second direction opposite to the first direction to approach the blocking part to rub against the blocking part to reduce a rotation speed. The elastic part applies an elastic force to hinder the decelerating part from rotating along the second direction.
REEL BASED LACING SYSTEM
A lacing system configured to selectively adjust the size of an opening on an object and allow for the incremental release of the lace within the lacing system. The lacing system can have a reel comprising a housing, a spool supported by the housing, and a knob supported by the housing. The reel can be configured so that cable is gathered in the channel formed in the spool when the spool is rotated in a first direction relative to the housing, and so that cable can be incrementally released from the spool when the spool is rotated in a second direction relative to the housing. In some embodiments, the reel can include a rotation limiter which can be configured to prevent over-tightening of the lacing system and/or to prevent rotation past the substantially fully loosened state.
Locking structure, locking device and hose coiled equipment
The invention discloses a locking structure for adjusting and/or locking a relative position between the first structure and the second structure, comprising: locking body, being movably connected to the first structure; a first member, extending along the length of the locking body and connected to the locking body; a guiding body disposed on the first member. The guiding body adjusts a relative position between the first structure and the second structure by moving along the guiding passage. The guiding body locks a relative position between the first structure and the second structure by entering a locking area of the guiding passage. The present invention further discloses a locking device and a coiling device using the locking structure. By providing a first member having a guiding body on the first structure and simultaneously providing a guiding passage on the second structure, when the first structure and the second structure are moved relatively, the guiding body is guided on the guiding passage. Different positions are used to adjust the relative position between the first structure and the second structure, and the locking of the specific position is completed, the locking effect is good and the reliability is high.
