Cable retraction system
A retractable storage system for a handheld electronic device includes at least one cable with a plug head and an end piece, and at least one retractable mechanism to retract and store the cable. The retractable mechanism has a groove track system to control a rotational movement of the retractable mechanism. The retractable mechanism has a first area to store a retractable length of the cable and a second area to store a component of the retractable mechanism. Preferably, the groove track system has a groove track component to enable and disable the rotational movement of the retractable mechanism.
Inflator with sound-proof housing
An apparatus is described herein that may generally include an air pump, a rotatable drum, a flexible hose, and first and second housings. The drum may draw in and let out the flexible hose. The pump may be connected to the flexible hose. The first housing may enclose in inner portion of the drum, and may include a first air intake. The pump may be disposed within the first housing. The second housing may surround the drum and may include a second air intake. The flexible hose may pass through the second air intake. The first intake may be aligned perpendicular to the second air intake. Alternatively, the first intake may be aligned parallel to the second air intake on a side of the drum opposite the second air intake. Sound emitted from the pump may pass over, and be absorbed by, the flexible hose within the second housing.
PULL-OUT TYPE CORD WINDING MODULE
A pull-out type cord winding module, comprising a rotary wheel (6) which a cord (7) is wound on and which is connected with a coil spring (5), and a stopper mechanism working cooperatively with the rotary wheel (6) and including a functional rail, a ball (3) and a rolling assisting device. The functional rail comprises a locking rail, a communicating rail (25) and annular rails (21, 22) which are connected, groove-shaped and arranged around an outer circumference of the rotary wheel (6). A guide groove (91) is provided on the rolling assisting device, and two ends of the guide groove (91) are located at the upper and lower sides of the outer circumference of the rotary wheel (6) respectively. The guide groove (91) cooperates with the functional rail to hold the ball (3). When the rotary wheel (6) rotates, the ball (3) rolls in the functional rail to lock or unlock rotation of the rotary wheel (6).
Automatic winding module of wire for bluetooth headset with improved wear resistance function of rotation axis
An automatic winding module of a wire for Bluetooth headset with an improved wear resistance function of a rotation axis, which firmly maintains a rotation axis without twist of the rotation axis even in case of using it for a long time, thereby preventing breakaway between a terminal and a PCB pattern, to prevent a short circuit from occurring.
HOSE REEL
A hose reel includes a frame, a reel, a rewind mechanism with a spring and a guide mechanism with a guide. The guide mechanism moves the guide back and forth on a path while the reel is rotated for distributing the hose evenly onto the reel by the guide. To obtain a freestanding hose reel with a rewind mechanism the hose reel includes a ground support with contact areas supporting the hose reel from a base. The frame is attached to the ground support in a position where the rotation axis of the reel is perpendicular relatively to the base, and the reel is provided with a hose joint in a lowermost part of the reel and the guide mechanism is configured to move the guide to a lowermost point of the path when the hose is completely pulled out from the reel.
Cable retraction systems and associated methods thereof
A cable retraction system for use with a cable. The system includes a slider configured to slide in a vertical plane within a channel; and a spring having a first segment connected to the slider and a second segment with a bent tip that traverses a groove and ramp segment with a movement of the slider. In an initial state, the cable does not retract and the bent tip is located at a lowest position of the groove and ramp segment in the vertical plane; and after the cable is pulled, the slider slides upwards in the channel and the bent tip of the second spring traverses a ramp of the groove and ramp segment.
Reel based lacing system
A lacing system configured to selectively adjust the size of an opening on an object and allow for the incremental release of the lace within the lacing system. The lacing system can have a reel comprising a housing, a spool supported by the housing, and a knob supported by the housing. The reel can be configured so that cable is gathered in the channel formed in the spool when the spool is rotated in a first direction relative to the housing, and so that cable can be incrementally released from the spool when the spool is rotated in a second direction relative to the housing. In some embodiments, the reel can include a rotation limiter which can be configured to prevent over-tightening of the lacing system and/or to prevent rotation past the substantially fully loosened state.
RETRACTABLE VACUUM HOSE REEL ASSEMBLY
A vacuum hose reel assembly has a spiral torsion spring. One end portion of the spiral torsion spring is received in a slot defined by a spring holder. As a vacuum hose is unwound from the reel, the spring is wound as the reel turns in a first direction. To wind the vacuum hose back on the reel, the spring unwinds and turns the reel in a second, opposite, direction. In the event that the forces between the end portion of the spring and the spring holder become too high, the end portion of the spring disengages the spring holder such that the end portion of the spring turns about the spring holder, thereby preventing the spring from breaking.
Automatic rewinding apparatus including abrasion-resistant rotation axis
An automatic rewinding apparatus with an abrasion-resistant rotation axis includes: a main base lower housing including a cylindrical fixing axis at a center; a PCB substrate penetrated by the fixing axis and combined with the main base lower housing; a contact terminal coupling plate; a middle base coil housing including: a sub-base lower housing, a cylindrical winding bobbin, a sub-base upper housing, and an abrasion-resistance improving insert disposed on internal circumferential surfaces of punctured centers of the sub-base lower housing, the winding bobbin and the sub-base upper housing; a rolling elastic member with elasticity; grease cover plates on both sides of the rolling elastic member; a cap for covering the opening of the sub-base upper housing and combination with the sub-base upper housing; a stopper ball; and a main base upper housing combined with the main base lower housing and covering a second side where the track of the cap.
Retractable cord storage reel assembly
A retractable cord reel assembly comprises a reel rotatably supported within a frame or housing for rotation about an axis; a biasing spring engaged with the reel; and a single unitary electrically conductive cord having a distal end portion affixed to the housing, and a movable proximal end, wherein the cord is wound about the reel in a plurality of contiguous segments. The cord reel comprises separate coaxial cord-take-up and cord-storage compartments, having, in an initial cord configuration, a fixed-length segment of cord wound in a spiral around a hub in the cord-take-up compartment, and a segment comprising helical windings of the cord in the cord-storage compartment. The cord reel assembly described herein can be used in modern electronic data and power transmission applications without the significant losses of signal integrity or power, commonly associated with conventional cord reel assemblies.
