FISH TAPE ASSEMBLY
A fish tape drum includes a frame and a drum portion rotatable relative to the frame. The drum portion has an outer wall and an inner wall. The first tape drum also includes a length of fish tape arranged between the inner wall and the outer wall. The fish tape drum further includes a constricting assembly configured to bias the length of fish tape toward the inner wall.
SITE LIGHT
A site light including a body, a handle assembly coupled to the body and including one or more handle portions, an arm having a first end fixedly coupled to the body and a second end opposite the first end to define an arm length therebetween, where the second end of the arm is movable relative to the body to adjust the arm length. The site light also includes a light assembly coupled to and movable together with the second end of the arm relative to the body where the arm defines an arm axis, and where the handle assembly surrounds the arm axis.
Firehose Winding Apparatus
A portable mechanical firehose winder is described. The firehose winder comprises a foldable structure which can be stored and readily transported in a compact, stowed configuration, but can be unfolded in the field to place the firehose winder into a deployed configuration. The firehose winder has a winder mechanism having two pins for securing a firehose connector is mounted on a plate that can be rotated by hand with a crank arm. The firehose winder also has a firehose hold-down mechanism for holding down a firehose as it traverses the winder as well as an adjustable width mechanism for laterally guiding the firehose into the firehose winder mechanism.
BUCKET REEL DEVICE
A device for the coiling, storage and payout of cable, hose, cord and wire having a bucket creating a storage space defined by a round bucket bottom, a peripheral wall cylindrically extending from the round bucket bottom and terminating in a round open top and a bucket longitudinal axis passing through its geometric center. A spool having a cylindrical core, spaced apart top and bottom flanges and a spool longitudinal axis passing through its geometric center. A nub extends between and spaces the bottom flange from the bucket bottom, the bucket further having an opening in its peripheral wall, the opening having elongated sides extending longitudinally and parallel to the bucket longitudinal axis and extending the distance between the top and bottom flanges and relatively low friction contour rails positioned along the elongated sides and an extendible handle secured to the top flange.
Clutch for Pipe Winch
A pipe winch includes a shell, a reeling unit and a clutch. The reeling unit includes a spring-biased reel connected to a ratchet. The clutch includes a pedal, a bearing, a shaft, at least one crank, a lever, an axle, a pawl, a returning element and a spring. The shaft is supported on the bearing formed on the shell. The crank extends throughout the shell and connects the pedal to the shaft. The lever is connected to the shaft. The axle extends parallel to an axis of the reel. The pawl is connected to the axle and formed with a tip for engagement with the teeth of the ratchet and a handle in contact with the lever. The returning element is connected to the axle. The spring is arranged between the returning element and the shell.
Device for wrapping thread around a head of a percussion mallet
A thread-wrapping device for a percussion mallet is disclosed. The thread-wrapping device includes a frame, a spindle, and a wrapping arm. The spindle is designed to retain the percussion mallet and is rotatably supported by the frame. The wrapping arm is supported by the frame and designed to rotate when the spindle rotates to wrap thread around a head of the percussion mallet. Further, a hand crank is provided to rotate the spindle and wrapping arm.
Retractable cord system
This invention is directed toward a portable and easy to set up retractable cord system with means to allow athletes to move along specified routes and to form space indicators that show zone areas.
Baseball holder for an autograph seeker
A baseball holder for an autograph seeker includes a hollow housing having a bottom wall, a planar top wall, a pair of sidewalls and a pair of end walls. The bottom wall includes a pair of spaced slots that allow a celebrity to more easily grasp the housing when signing a baseball. On the top wall is a circular opening in communication with an interior chamber having a pair of reciprocal gripping members therein for securing a baseball to the housing. Accordingly, when a baseball is secured within the opening, the planar top wall provides a comfortable support surface for the celebrity's writing hand.
Strap winding apparatus and method
A strap winding apparatus consisting of three separate components that are formed in individual molds from a material that will exhibit some elasticity when joining the components together, which components include a crank, drum and U-shaped frame, where the crank includes a straight body with a handle extending outwardly from one end, and with the other body end formed with a pivot for fitting into a drum end that includes a longitudinal slot with a crossing round hole that the crank body pivot end is fitted into to provide a pivot coupling that allows the handle to pivot around the drum end, and the drum opposite end is arranged for fitting through aligned holes formed through first and second sides of the U-shaped frame forming a pivot coupling in the second side hole that allows for turning of the crank to wind a cargo strap onto the drum, and includes a wedge and/or a flat section of a double backed adhesive for mounting a web of the U-shaped frame onto a mounting plate of a cargo strap tightener or onto a cargo strap.
Hose winding device
A hose winding device includes a rotating wheel rotatably mounted to a frame. A hose is wound around the rotating wheel. The rotating wheel is rotated when the hose is pulled outward. An axle of the frame is received in a rotating shaft and a connecting shaft. An arm is fixed between the connecting shaft and a handle. A connecting rod is configured to securely couple the rotating shaft and the connecting shaft with the axle. An elastic element biases the connecting shaft to engage with the rotating shaft, permitting joint rotation of the connecting shaft and the rotating shaft in a first direction. The connecting shaft moves along a longitudinal axis of the rotating shaft when the connecting shaft and the rotating shaft are subjected to a torque in a second direction reverse to the first direction, and the connecting shaft disengages from the rotating shaft.
