Reel system
A reel system includes a hinged crank handle portion that turns a frame portion on an axis for winding and unwinding a coilable portion. The handle portion folds into the frame inner area, forming a flat surface on the flange, to allow for facilitated storage of a plurality of reel systems in a five gallon bucket. A frame portion rotates on an axis for winding and unwinding a coilable portion. The frame portion includes a frame outer area for engaging the coilable portion. The frame portion further includes a frame inner area for receiving and securing a terminal portion of the coilable portion. The terminal portion passes from the frame outer area to the frame inner area through a central aperture. A rod extends across the diameter of the frame inner area, forming a surface to grip the reel system.
Fish tape assembly
A fish tape drum includes a frame and a drum portion rotatable relative to the frame. The drum portion has an outer wall and an inner wall. The first tape drum also includes a length of fish tape arranged between the inner wall and the outer wall. The fish tape drum further includes a constricting assembly configured to bias the length of fish tape toward the inner wall.
Fish tape assembly
A fish tape assembly includes a fish tape tool including a housing, a chamber defined in the housing and a motor supported by the housing. The fish tape assembly also includes a fish tape drum configured to be inserted into the chamber of the housing. The fish tape drum contains a type of fish tape and includes a rotatable drum portion configured to rotate in response to receiving torque from the motor. The fish tape tool includes a sensor configured to detect the type of fish tape in the fish tape drum inserted into the chamber of the housing.
Ratchet handle with rotatable grip
A ratcheting mechanism assembly includes a ratcheting mechanism and a rotatable grip rotatably coupled to the ratcheting mechanism. The ratcheting mechanism includes a base, a reel with ratchet gears at opposite sides of the reel and rotatably coupled to the base about a reel axis, and a ratchet handle rotatable relative to the base about the reel axis. The rotatable grip rotates about a fixed grip of the ratchet handle during a ratcheting process.
Geared chalk line
The present invention is directed to a geared chalk line preferably configured for a left-handed user. The geared chalk line may comprise an enclosure, a reel, a string line, a hook, a plurality of gears, and a crank. The geared chalk line may be a tool for striking a straight line across a work surface using chalk. The enclosure may comprise a chalk box and a gear box. The chalk box may house the reel and the chalk. The string line may be deployed from the reel for use. The plurality of gears may be configured for the crank to rewind the string line faster than if ungeared. The plurality of gears be housed in the gear box separate from the chalk such that the chalk does not impede the plurality of gears. The string line may be stretched across the work surface and snapped to deposit the chalk on the work surface.
Firehose winding apparatus
A portable mechanical firehose winder is described. The firehose winder comprises a foldable structure which can be stored and readily transported in a compact, stowed configuration, but can be unfolded in the field to place the firehose winder into a deployed configuration. The firehose winder has a winder mechanism having two pins for securing a firehose connector is mounted on a plate that can be rotated by hand with a crank arm. The firehose winder also has a firehose hold-down mechanism for holding down a firehose as it traverses the winder as well as an adjustable width mechanism for laterally guiding the firehose into the firehose winder mechanism.
FISH TAPE ASSEMBLY
A fish tape drum may include a frame. A fish tape drum may include a drum portion rotatable relative to the frame, the drum portion having an outer wall, an inner wall, and a slot arranged between the outer wall and the inner wall. A fish tape drum may include an anchor member moveable within the slot between the outer wall and the inner wall. A fish tape drum may include a fish tape having an anchor end secured to the anchor member and a moving end opposite the anchor end, the moving end configured to move relative to the drum portion as the drum portion rotates relative to the frame.
Site light
A site light including a body, a handle assembly coupled to the body and including one or more handle portions, an arm having a first end fixedly coupled to the body and a second end opposite the first end to define an arm length therebetween, where the second end of the arm is movable relative to the body to adjust the arm length. The site light also includes a light assembly coupled to and movable together with the second end of the arm relative to the body where the arm defines an arm axis, and where the handle assembly surrounds the arm axis.
Electric fence reel
Provided is a reel for a conductor of an electric fence. The reel includes a bobbin, a frame for supporting the bobbin, and a connector. The connector can be two jaws and can have passages to connect the reel to a support such as a conductor of an existing fence or a tube of a vehicle. One of the jaws can be wide for stability. The connector can have an electrical conductor for connecting to the support and electrifying the conductor. The connector can also be operated by a trigger and can have a locking mechanism. The frame can be a one-piece frame made of plastics material. The reel can have a spreader and a hot-up bar. The reel can have a crank that can be disengaged from the bobbin and a brake that is applied when the crank is disengaged.
Strap roller
A strap roller contains: a frame, a fixing post, a central shaft, a worm gear, a rotation element, a support rack, a worm, a manual crank, a cap, and a resilient locking spring. The frame includes a first fence and a second fence. The fixing post is defined between the first fence and the second fence. The central shaft is rotatably connected between the first fence and the second fence. The worm gear is fitted on the central shaft. The rotation element is fixed on the central shaft. The support rack is mounted on the frame and is located outside the first fence. The worm includes a first extension portion, a second extension portion, and a tooth portion. The manual crank is connected on the first extension portion. The cap is disposed on the first fence of the frame. The resilient locking spring is mounted on the cap.
