PERSONALIZED DIETARY SUPPLEMENT DISPENSING DEVICE
A dispenser can include: an optional water source inlet; a plurality of supplement cartridges including a supplement composition; at least one dispenser fluidly coupled with the optional water source inlet and plurality of supplement cartridges; a formulation mechanism operably coupled with the optional water source inlet and supplement cartridges, wherein the formulation mechanism is configured for regulating fluid flow from the optional water source inlet and the supplement cartridges to the dispenser; an input device configured to receive input from a user; and a dispenser controller. The dispenser controller can be configured to: receive identification information from a user via the input device; obtain a supplement dosage formulation for the user based on a personalized supplement protocol; and control dispensing of water and supplement composition(s) to provide the supplement dosage formulation to the user.
FLAVOR AND ADDITIVE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR BEVERAGE DISPENSERS
Flavor and additive delivery systems and methods for beverage dispensers are disclosed. An example beverage dispenser includes flavor containers configured to contain flavor mixtures, a manifold configured to blend water with flavor mixtures, a flowrate sensor configured to detect a current flowrate of the water flowing to the manifold, memory configured to store instructions related to dispensing the water and the flavor mixtures, and a processor. The processor is configured to receive a request for a selected beverage, identify a ratio between the water and one or more of the flavor mixtures for the selected beverage, transmit a water control signal to cause the water to flow at a requested water flowrate, and transmit one or more first flavor control signals to cause one or more of the flavor mixtures to flow from the flavor containers based on the ratio.
Liquid Product Dispensing System and Method
An embodiment system and method for dispensing multiple dairy products includes a dispenser which houses two or more dairy product bases with different formulations, which may be combined with or without water to create a multitude of homogenous dairy beverages. The two or more dairy product bases may be mixed together first and then separately mixed with water, mixed together simultaneously with water, or mixed together without adding water. They may be mixed together with or without additional flavoring, ingredients, mineral or nutritional additives. The dispenser comprises a pump with a quick-release mechanism to allow for quick and clean maintenance of the system.
FLAVOR AND ADDITIVE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR BEVERAGE DISPENSERS
Flavor and additive delivery systems and methods for beverage dispensers are disclosed. An example manifold of a beverage dispenser includes a base defining a base cavity and configured to extend through an opening defined by an outer wall. The manifold includes a first housing coupled to the base and defining a housing cavity. The base cavity and the housing cavity are adjacent to each other to form a chamber. The manifold includes a body coupled to the first housing and defining a body cavity and angled apertures. The manifold includes an insert housing that is coupled to the body and extends at least partially through the body cavity. The manifold includes an insert housed within the insert housing and defining a water outlet for spraying water downward into the chamber. The angled apertures are configured to receive nozzles that extend at least partially into the chamber at the predefined angle.
FLAVOR AND ADDITIVE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR BEVERAGE DISPENSERS
Flavor and additive delivery systems and methods for beverage dispensers are disclosed. An example beverage dispenser includes flavor containers configured to contain flavor mixtures, flavor tags each of which is fixed to a respective one of the flavor containers, flavor sensors each of which is positioned to read tag information from a respective one of the flavor tags to monitor the respective one of the flavor containers, memory configured to store instructions related to dispensing water and the flavor mixtures, and a processor. The processor is configured to detect, based on the tag information collected by the flavor sensors, whether any of the flavor containers is at least one of expired, counterfeit, or out-of-position. The processor is configured to disable use of each of the flavor containers that are detected to be at least one of expired, counterfeit, or out-of-position.
Ingredient Cartridge Loader for a Fluid Mixture Dispensing Device
Cartridge loaders for fluid mixture dispensing systems are disclosed. One disclosed fluid mixture dispensing system comprises an interface surface, a cartridge receiver carriage, and an actuator configured to depress the cartridge receiver carriage towards the interface surface to load a cartridge. The fluid mixture dispensing system is configured to apply continuous downward pressure on the cartridge towards the interface surface when the cartridge is loaded and is in contact with the interface surface.

Methods and apparatus for post-mix drink dispensing
A post-mix drink dispenser includes a mixer body securable to a drink dispensing system and having at least one beverage concentrate inlet and outlet sheltered within a downwardly open cavity in the bottom thereof; a diluent channel formed exterior to the cavity and about a lower sidewall of the mixer body; and a nozzle housing securable in place about the mixer body. The dispenser includes an air channel formed in a wall portion of the nozzle housing, a diffuser to organize flows of diluent along the interior surface of the nozzle housing, or both a vent and a diffuser. The air channel includes provisions to impede ingress of diluent, and to contain flow through the channel of liquid beverage components. The diffuser may be formed unitary with the nozzle housing, or may be selectively removable from the drink dispenser.
