FREE FIBRE PADDING STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF
A free fibre or loose fibre structure for padding comprising a shell containing a plurality of free or loose fibres, said structure being characterised in that said free or loose fibres have a cut that reproduces the length, and in part the fineness, of genuine goose down.
Wearable adaptive electroactive polymer fabric
A smart fabric may include a smart material such as an Electroactive Polymer (EAP). An adaptive garment formed from the smart fabric may change textile density based on user needs, sensor states, context, and other inputs. In various embodiments, the EAP enables the adaptive garment to change textile density based on a sport or activity, based on calendar or scheduled events, or based on user preferences. In various embodiments, these smart fabrics may be implemented in sporting garments, uniforms, multiple-day clothing (e.g., for travel or military usage), furniture fabric, curtains, or other implementations.

Insulated garment
The technology described herein generally relates to a garment that is insulating yet light weight, which may provide protection from the elements without weighing down the wearer. The garment in accordance with the technology described herein comprises a layer of thermally insulating sheet material having one or more voided portions in place of conventional down or other synthetic thermally insulating materials. The one or more voided portions allow the thermal insulation to be light weight and adequately protective in cooler/cold weather, without adding motion hindering bulk to the garment.
Thermal Insulation Packages
Thermal insulation packages (10) that are porous, air permeable, waterproof water vapor permeable, durable, and conformable are provided. The insulation packages include an insulation material (40) that is fully encompassed by at least one expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) membrane (20, 30). Two or more thermal insulation packages may be interconnected by sealed regions (50) to form an insulation construct. The thermal insulation packages and constructs may be used as inserts for garments or other articles.
THERMAL GARMENT FOR LACTATING WOMEN
A thermal lactation garment includes a back panel, a front panel, and two sleeves of a thermally insulating fabric, having a neck opening, a torso opening, and two sleeve openings. The front panel has two apertures with moisture wicking fabric panels attached across the apertures. Closures detachably connect the moisture wicking fabric panels and the front panel above the apertures. The garment allows a mother to remain warm while breastfeeding by exposing only one breast, with the absorbent fabric panels absorbing and wicking moisture away to keep the mother dry.

VENTILATION AND TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT OPENING FOR OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT
An outdoor item such as a sleeping bag, jacket, hat or blanket with one or more ventilation/temperature adjustment openings. Each ventilation/temperature adjustment opening includes, in one embodiment, a mechanism that serves to either form an opening in one or both of the outer layer, and the inner layer of the outdoor item. In another embodiment, the one or more ventilation/temperature adjustment mechanism includes an air bladder which, when inflated, serves to push aside any insulation adjacent the deflated air bladder while in both embodiments, allowing the outdoor item to vent better, thereby cooling an occupant using or wearing the outdoor item thereby offering temperature regulation.
Passive Nose Warming Apparatus and Safeguard
A self-adhering, moldable and yet semi-rigid safeguard for the nose that does not require straps or bands, which also simultaneously protects a person's nose from inclement weather.
The apparatus is made of low temperature moldable plastic enclosed between two layers of polychloroprene with a temporary adhesive applied to the back of the attachment so that it may adhere to a person's nose.
The low temperature moldable plastic provides further adherence to a person's nose with its ability to be custom form fitted to a person's exact nose shape because of the safeguard's ability to be molded at warm temperatures.
The low temperature molded plastic then cools to become more rigid offering further protection.
3-fabric layer insulation material and a method and an arrangement for producing the same
This invention describes a 3-layer insulation material comprising a first fabric layer, a second fabric layer and a third fluted intermediate fabric layer between the first and the second fabric layers, the fluted intermediate fabric layer being attached alternately to the first and the second fabric layer with longitudinal seams forming longitudinal channels for the insulation material having individual insulation material bundle inside each longitudinal channel. Also disclosed are a method and an arrangement for producing the same.
