Cornerpost support
A packaging insert formed from a one-piece blank including a main body panel having opposing first and second longitudinal edges and opposing first and second lateral edges. The folded blank further includes a pair of column panels, each column panel including a first side panel, a front panel, a second side panel, and an overlap tab connected to the lateral edges of the main body panel in series at first, second, third, and fourth lateral score lines. The front panel of each column panel is folded about a respective second lateral score line with the overlap tab overlapping and attached to the main body panel. Each column panel can be erected to form a rectangular column adjacent to each of the lateral edges of the main body panel.

The present invention relates to a packaging system for transporting delicate goods, such as glass bottles. According to the present invention, the improved packaging system (10) comprises an outer box (1) and an inner portion (2) configured for interacting with each other, said outer box developing in height along a direction Y, in width along a direction X and in depth along a direction Z, said inner portion comprising one or more support inserts (21, 22) complementary to said outer box (1), said inserts (21, 22) being configured for supporting one or more objects (100) in such a way as to prevent movement thereof with respect to said outer box (1), in particular with respect to said directions X and Z, said packaging system (10) being characterized in that it comprises at least one interposition element (3) between said outer box (1) and said inner portion (2) so as to prevent movement along said direction Y of the assembly formed by said support inserts (21, 22) and said objects (100) with respect to said outer box (1), said support inserts (21, 22) and said at least one interposition element (3) comprising coupling means (23, 24, 33) for their mutual coupling.
Reconfigurable packaging and corresponding blank
Reconfigurable packaging for a cooking appliance includes a base including a base panel defining lower wing slots and opposing sidewalls extending from the base panel. The base defines a storage cavity. A cover is coupled to the base and configured to enclose the storage cavity. The cover includes a cover panel defining upper wing slots, a first side wing extending from a first side of the cover panel, and a second side wing extending from a second side of the cover panel. The first side wing and the second side wing are operable between a first folded position engaging the upper wing slots and a second folded position engaging the lower wing slots.
CONTAINERS WITH INTEGRATED SUPPORT STRUCTURES AND METHODS FOR MAKING AND USING THE SAME
A device that is reversibly foldable between a compact configuration and a container configuration. The device includes a top, a front panel, a left panel, a rear panel, a right panel, and a bottom. At least first and second support frames are fixed to exterior faces of the left and right panels. In some embodiments, the device includes a plurality of support beams affixed to flaps used form the top and bottom. Optionally, additional support beams are affixed to interior faces of the front and rear panels. The support beams and support frames cooperate to provide strength and support to the device. Devices according to the invention are stackable in both configurations. They are foldable into the compact configuration for shipping and storage, and are preferably made of substantially of corrugated fiberboard material, which makes them reusable and recyclable. Methods of using the devices are also disclosed.
Packaging System for a Hot Water Heater
A packaging system for a hot water heater includes an outer box, a top insert, an offset filler, a base insert, and one or more side panels. The top insert contacts a top surface of the hot water heater and a top inside surface of outer box. The offset filler is coupled to the top insert and is sandwiched between the hot water heater and the outer box. The base insert contacts the bottom surface of the hot water heater and a bottom inside surface of the outer box. The base insert includes raised perimeter structures that form a shape that matches a shape of the bottom surface of the hot water heater. Each side panel includes a raised pattern.
Frame End Cap Package
A frame package including a back panel, an inside panel tab, a front panel, and an inside panel is provided. The inside panel tab extends from the back panel. The front panel extends from the back panel and defines a region to rest upon a corner portion of a frame. The inside panel extends from the front panel and includes an inside panel tab slot. The back panel, the front panel, and the inside panel are arranged with one another to fold about the corner portion of the frame and for the inside panel to extend through a frame opening such that the corner portion of the frame is covered by at least one of the back panel and the front panel. The inside panel tab is received within the inside panel tab slot to secure the back panel to the inside panel without an additional fastener.

Also, the one-side portion of the packaging material (101) is placed on a one-side-portion side tray holder (16A). Further, a cushioning material (201) is inserted between an upper portion (2e) of the heating chamber (2) and the one-side portion of the packaging material (101), so that the one-side portion of the packaging material (101) is pressed against the one-side-portion side tray holder (16A) while the other-side portion of the packaging material (101) is pressed against the other-side-portion side inner side surface (2c) of the chamber.
Product package and a method for packaging a product
A product package for displaying a bath product is provided and includes a package outer structure and a package inner structure, wherein the package outer structure is configured to define an inner cavity for containing product and wherein the package outer structure includes cutout portions to define a first display window and a second display window for displaying two views of the bath product. The package inner structure is configured to be contained within the inner cavity such that when contained within the inner cavity the package inner structure supports a first bath product such that at least a portion of the first bath product is displayed in the first display window, and wherein the package outer structure supports a second bath product such that at least a portion of the second bath product is displayed in the second display window.

A buffering member (1) is interposed between a packaging box (4) having a bottom plate (41) and side plates (42a), (42b) stood along peripheral edges of the bottom plate (41) and a first packed article (5). The buffering member (1) includes a placement section (10) on which the first packed article (5) is to be placed and a pair of leg pieces (31), (35) to be connected to a pair of opposing edges of the placement section (10) via folding lines (32), (36). The pair of leg pieces (31), (32) are folded downward along the folding line (32), (36) with an obtuse angle with respect to the placement section (10) and then lower edges (31b), (35b) of the pair of leg pieces (31), (35) are engaged with boundaries between the bottom plate (41) and the side plates (42a) of the packaging box (4).
