Conveyance apparatus
A soldering apparatus as a conveyance apparatus includes a substrate loading portion to load a substrate on the soldering apparatus, an intermittent feeding unit to intermittently feed the substrate loaded on the soldering apparatus, a substrate discharge portion to discharge the intermittently fed substrate to the outside of the soldering apparatus and a controller to control conveyance of the substrate. The substrate loading portion includes a first conveyance path to convey the substrate, a first sensor provided in the vicinity of a substrate loading inlet of the substrate loading portion, and a second sensor arranged in a downstream side of the first sensor along the substrate conveyance direction. The intermittent feeding unit includes a second conveyance path for conveying the substrate, and a third sensor placed in the vicinity of an upstream end of the intermittent feeding unit along the substrate conveyance direction.
BUFFER APPARATUS FOR CORES MADE OF PAPER MATERIAL, FOR PRODUCTION LINES OF TOILET ROLLS OR ABSORBENT PAPER ROLLS OR SIMILAR PAPER OR ABSORBENT MATERIALS
A buffer (1) for paper cores comprises: a structure (2); a plurality of planes (5), arranged one over the other for accumulating cores; a mechanism (6) for feeding the cores associated with the planes (5) to provide the cores being fed; a first device (11) for transferring cores by the mechanism (6) to one of the planes (5), the first device (11) being interposed between the mechanism (6) and the planes (5) and being movable from one plane (5) to another in order to transfer the cores to the latter; a mechanism (16) associated with the planes (5) in order to discharge the accumulated cores; a second transferring device (21), interposed between the planes (5) and the mechanism (16), for transferring cores from the planes (5) to the mechanism (16), the second device (21) being movable from one plane (5) to another in order to empty the planes (5).
Product flow regulator
A product flow regulator for temporary storage of products includes a frame, a conveying mechanism, and product carrier gondolas, which are conveyed with products from a product inlet area to a product outlet area and back empty. The frame includes a stationary guide track, along which the product carrier gondolas circulate self-controlled. The gondolas includes a drive mechanism and electrical control devices, which enable individual independent circulation.
Automated accumulator
An automated accumulator incorporates independently operated infeed and outfeed ramps. These ramps on an internal end provide access to a plurality of storage flights that define a stacked conveyor, allowing both the upstream and downstream portions of the production line to operate relatively independently of the other. On the external end, the ramps couple to prior art conveyor systems. The automated accumulator incorporates an electronic control system combining a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or equivalent and a plurality of sensors in combination with various motors to provide suitable automated operation, including First In First Out (FIFO) operation to preserve production sequence. In addition, various techniques may be used to selectively control operation of the automated accumulator, providing such functions as stopping infeed on a particular product, or providing linear bypass through the accumulator.
Direct transfer loading apparatus for tubular food articles and method of operation
A loading apparatus for use with tubular food articles. The loading apparatus comprises an input conveyor configured to convey the tubular food articles, an indexing conveyor positioned beneath the input conveyor and configured to operate in an intermittent motion, and a curved end member positioned in spaced arrangement to the input conveyor to permit the tubular food articles to pass between the input conveyor and the curved end member such that the curved end member retains the tubular food articles on the input conveyor. The input conveyor is configured to transfer the tubular food articles from the input conveyor directly to the indexing conveyor using gravity from a space between the input conveyor and the curved end member.
