Fabric for unidirectional liquid transport
A fabric having a base layer with an inside and a face side. The base layer may be hydrophobic and/or omniphobic. The fabric also has a hydrophilic transport layer, a portion of which passes through one or more ducts in the side of the base layer for absorbing liquids. The inner portion may have a shape configured to better absorb and move liquids. The liquids are transported to the face side of the base layer. A covering layer may be disposed on the face side of the base layer such that the outer portion of the transport layer is between the base and covering layers. In some embodiments, an inner layer is disposed on the inside of the base layer such that the inner portion of the transport layer is between the inner layer and the base layer.
FACE AND CHIN GUARD FOR INFANTS
A face and chin guard device includes a soft and absorbent main body having a shape and size that is suitable for extending across the face of a wearer. A pair of straps extend outward from the sides of the main body and can be fixed length, adjustable or elastic in nature. A central indentation is provided along the main body and can be adjustable in nature. The device also includes a central aperture along the main body, and a wire disposed along the indentation for allowing movement only along a single plane. The main body also includes decorative elements.
Clothing Article Having Terry Cloth adjacent to Non-Terry Cloth
A garment for a human wearer includes: a terry garment-region having terry-knit cloth; and a non-terry garment-region having non-terry-knit cloth. The terry garment-region is directly bordering and adjacent to the non-terry garment-region. The terry garment-region and the non-terry garment-region are a seamless continuation of each other. Similarly, a continuous fabric for making clothes includes: a terry fabric-region having terry-knit cloth, and an adjacent and immediately bordering non-terry fabric-region having non-terry-knit cloth. Optionally, TPU or PVC elements or plastic elements are embedded within the terry garment-region, or within the non-terry garment-region; or such elements cover, or are covered by, the terry garment-region or the non-terry garment-region.
FLUID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A fluid management system includes a sleeve member having a first end, a second end, an interior surface, and an exterior surface. The first end of the sleeve member is proximate a distal end of the gown sleeve and the second end extends inside of the distal end of the gown sleeve. A portion of the exterior surface of the sleeve member proximate the second end is in contact with a portion of an interior surface of the gown sleeve. There is a cuff member having a first end, a second end, an interior surface, and an exterior surface. The interior surface faces and is moveable with respect to portions of the exterior surface of the sleeve member/gown sleeve to enable the insertion of a cuff ring of the protective glove between interior surface of the cuff member and the exterior surface of one of the sleeve member/gown sleeve.
FOAM NODES FOR CREATING STAND OFF ON APPAREL ITEMS
Aspects herein relate to apparel items and apparel systems that utilize applied or printed foam nodes to provide, among other things, stand-off between an apparel item and a wearer's skin surface. One or more of the foam nodes, or areas of the textile surrounding the foam nodes, may be perforated to provide a fluid communication path between an inner-facing surface and an outer-facing surface of the apparel item. The communication path may be used to facilitate air exchange between the external environment and the wearer's body and/or to provide an exit path for moisture vapor generated by the wearer.
WEARABLE RESISTANCE DEVICE WITH POWER MONITORING
Disclosed is a technical training garment configured for use with modular, interchangeable biomechanics units and or resistance modules. The garment may provide resistance to movement throughout an angular range of motion and or tracks a variety of biomechanical parameters such as stride length, stride rate, angular velocity and power expended by the wearer. The garment may be low profile, and worn by a wearer as a primary garment or beneath or over conventional clothing or athletic uniform. The device may be worn as a supplemental training and or diagnostic tool during conventional training protocols, or as a biomechanics or biometric data capture device during competition.

ATHLETIC GARMENT WITH PROTECTIVE CUP POUCH
An athletic garment is provided that has a plurality of fabric panels sewn together to form pants. The pants have a continuous interior cavity with a pair of leg portions each terminating at a leg opening. The pants have a front face and a rear face. A waistband is sewn to an upper edge of the pants. A fabric pouch is provided for containing an athletic support cup, and this pouch is disposed within the interior cavity of the pants proximate to the front face. The pouch is attached to the waistband by a top attachment panel, and it is attached to the front face of the pants on right and left sides of the pouch by side wing attachment panels. The side wing attachment panels are spaced apart from each other so as to leave a tip portion of the pouch unattached.
