MULTI-CHAMBER HYPOCHLOROUS ACID DISPENSER
The invention provides a skin disinfectant for treating skin with eczema, preventing bacterial proliferation, and removing biofilm. Compositions of the invention include hypochlorous acid, acetic acid, water, and one or more additives or excipients. The formulation process removes metal ions, reduces ionic strength, controls pH, and reduces exposure to air, thus improving stability and lengthening shelf-life.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING WEAKLY ACIDIC HYPOCHLOROUS ACID AQUEOUS SOLUTION
A method for producing a weakly acidic hypochlorous acid aqueous solution comprises (A) an ion-exchange step for generating molecular hypochlorous acid dissolved in a mixed solution by mixing a raw material aqueous solution composed of an aqueous solution of a metal salt of hypochlorous acid with an acidic ion-exchange resin to perform ion exchange between the metal ions and the hydrogen ions, and (B) a separation step for separating the acidic ion-exchange resin from the mixed solution after the ion-exchange step and obtaining weakly acidic hypochlorous acid aqueous solution in which molecular hypochlorous acid is dissolved.

HYPOCHLOROUS ACID DISINFECTANT AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD
A hypochlorous acid disinfectant and its production method. The disinfectant is prepared by weight in a total of 100% as chlorine powder (chlorine compounds including sodium hypochlorite or calcium hypochlorite) of 20 to 45%, adding sodium dihydrogen phosphate or citric acid, or ingredients or raw materials with acidic pH of 15 to 40% as a main ingredient, a desiccant of 15 to 20%, excipients of 3 to 8%. The method includes: stirring the chlorine powder with the desiccant; adding the sodium dihydrogen phosphate, the citric acid, or the ingredients or raw materials with acidic pH in order; and adding the excipient while stirring for 20 to 30 minutes until completely uniform to prepare the hypochlorous acid (powder) disinfectant.
According to the method, a hypochlorous acid tablet disinfectant can be prepared.
